We would recommend the shop in Kilmarnock to everyone as we were never rushed into making a decision on our choice of furniture,the choices that were on offer were fantastic

Staff in showroom were very helpful during purchase and arranging delivery of furniture.
During delivery of of the items was damaged .
Called the showroom to speak to a member of staff who informed me that the customer service team only deal with what's app and email,
Customer service team have dealt with this issue very quickly and a replacement will be delivered forthwith .

Customer service was excellent . Sales assistant was helpful , chatty .

Love the Designer Room. Have shopped there on numerous occasions. This was my first time in their Kilmarnock showroom and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and I was left to my own devices, wandered about for ages with no harassment. Will definitely be back.

Avoid at all costs. Ive been a very frequent customer over the years. I visited the new store in Kilmarnock and bought a bunch of new range items. Paid and was excited for delivery. 2 items arrived in store, I collected and once home and opened was shocked at the condition of both items. I had to return both items in store. Another wasted trip. I got a refund on one item but agreed a swap on the other to come with my delivery. My 3 items came to be delivered, firstly the exchange item they didnt bring the right thing and it had to be returned again! My MATCHING sideboard and table were delivered and the sideboard had a lot of damage! I wanted to return but liked the furniture.. I arranged another delivery and had to take a half day at work due to the 6 hour delivery window. Waited in, delivery came for the second time and the second one was more damaged than the one they took away. Absolutely unacceptable. Stuff is extremely poor quality and the customer service are a joke. Not empathetic to their customers, and very poor attitude. Would strongly discourage purchasing. People work hard for their money, hoping by the price they are purchasing quality items and Im afraif you will be left very disappointed with your experience.

Update to the businesses reply. I have done as requested and asked twice for my case to be escalated to regional manager and further proving the terrible customer service, they will not do so.

Can't give an honest review as haven't received orders yet, but would just say store seemed under staffed when we called in, that maybe because of breaks..but the review is for the time we called in

Recently visited your new store in kilmarnock, what a spectacular showroom Robbie the salesman introduced himself to myself and my husband offering any guidance to us in purchasing a new suite he let us browse for a bit then when we were ready he was there to answer all our questions he was very knowledgeable and knew about everything we had asked , Robbie made our experience a very enjoyable and relaxed one in purchasing our new suite and chair , Robbie was just the best x

The show room was well presented with an amazing verity of products. We were greeted with friendly staff who supported us to buy our first couch.

The staff were exceptional, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The range of furniture is very good and the new Kilmarnock store was a pleasure to shop in. I was delighted with my choices and did get what I was looking for.

2nd visit today to the gorgeous new Kilmarnock showroom. So much stock to choose from and lots of beautiful pieces of furniture and accessories. Robbie was so friendly and helpful on both visits. Within 30 minutes had all new bedroom furniture and bed frame ordered.

Just went in to have a look around the new store. Absolutely beautiful furniture, store was spotless and staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Didn't buy anything on this visit but will be back at a later date
