The Design Yard by House of Jola Ltd was created through the experiences and passion of our co-founder's Joanna & L-A in interior design, retail and just all things beautiful. They decided to put their creative heads together to produce an online retail place to sell unique and luxurious interior finds for the curious, offering their advice and knowledge along the way, working closely with their sister interior design company Stage Interiors.

Gorgeous Cushion!
I was a bit dubious about buying this cushion as it was so cheap- I almost thought it was too good to be true but after much deliberation I decided it was worth the gamble and it paid off! Waited over 3 weeks for a sample
Waited over 3 weeks for a sample, never arrived had to ask for my £3 express postage back
Following the company's reply,I did email the company after nearly 2 weeks to inform them I hadn't received the sample, didn't get a reply, so I sent one again when I was asked to do this review, finally a refund no explanation at the time

We are so sorry you had not received your sample, as explained in the email to you Royal Mail have had many strikes which in turn has caused many delays with post and lots of lost post which is out of our control. It is always best to contact us straight away when you have noticed the sample or order hasn't arrived within the shipping timescale so we can rectify it immediately. We have sent another sample out and had also refunded you for the sample and postage for the inconvenience caused. This is not the service we like to offer as you can see from previous reviews. The paper is of octopus and the sample given didn’t have the octopus on it.

We just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to review us on Trust Pilot and we are so sorry that you were disappointed with your sample. Unfortunately these get cut from the supplier in bulk and we just send what we get given from the designer. We have fed back your thoughts on this sample and have told them to showcase the face of the Octopus as much as possible. We can send you a cutting from a roll of wallpaper if you still wish to see this wallpaper? Please let us know. We also have refunded you for the sample and delivery cost too.
Please do always contact us if you are unhappy and we will always try and accommodate where we can.
We hope this hasn't put you off searching for the right wallpaper as we have some wonderful designs from wonderful designers.
