Customer service is excellent- I contacted Design Yard on two occasions and someone got back to me same day and were helpful and friendly. I ordered Van Gogh almond blossom wallpaper which is beautiful and was packaged really well.

First order placed with this company who exceeded my expectations. I missed the gift wrapping option during the checkout but after a phone call to the delightful ‘team Jo’ my mistake was corrected. Had a very specific idea of the wallpaper I wanted for a feature wall in a newly built garden room. After looking at dozens of UK sites where there was a lot of choice but nothing all that different except for wallpapers priced at hundreds of pounds per roll !! Way out of my budget. Saw this wallpaper on Pinterest and started trying to source it in the UK, thats how I found 'The Design Yard', very helpful staff on the phone when I called to enquire about stock and how many rolls I'd need, they said they'd called back directly after checking warehouse and they did !! I ordered 2 rolls of fabulous 70s inspired jungle theme wallpaper, which was easy to hang and the pattern match was amazing with hardly any waste. A great online site, would recommend if you want something a little more different than the generic stock on most other websites. Delivery was fast, came within 2 days, very very happy with the whole experience. Would use again, recommend highly.

I ordered samples, which arrived within 2 days. Ordered the Van Goch wallpaper. Delivery was so quick and easy. No issues at all. Wonderful wallpaper. So pleased with the quality. Fab service all round!

Beautiful quality wallpaper that is very good value for money. I bought it to paper a wall in my bathroom. It’s a lovely soft grey and the pattern is raised / embossed slightly.
Communication and delivery time very good. Came well packaged in fully recyclable materials which is why I will give 5 stars.
