The best in the business, great customer service, really helpful staff and so busy, even when you see them crazy busy packaging orders to send out they still take the time to help customers in store, I don't know how they do it, a few times I've been in now when in the area, as i usually order online, and everytime I go into store, they are so busy! It just shows how good they are when they are that busy!

There is a good choice of car products and the website was very easy to navigate. I ordered goods on Friday afternoon and they were delivered free of charge the following morning. Excellent service.

Ordered a snow foam lance (Hydro 360) and some other bits, they arrived quickly and were well packaged.

The Hydro 360 is a good bit of kit. The build quality is awesome compared to the Karcher lance attachment I'd previously borrowed. I gave it it's first use yesterday and it worked really well.

The website was easy enough to use and had a decent range of product in the car detailing niche.

Good price with 10% discount for first order. I would have given 5 stars but my order was posted despite asking for click and collect. I rang and all they suggested was leaving a note on my door or asking neighbours, neither of which were an option. I had to rearrange my diary and work from home so I was in to receive the order and it was then just left on the doorstep anyway. I'm sure this was a simple mistake, I'd use them again but would order by phone or ring and check to make sure they've got the right instructions.
