Excellent service, but availability of product on order page would have been useful.
I ordered a lap pad for a birthday and had a very prompt response from The Dyslexia Shop to say that the item I had ordered was out of stock and delivery would be delayed. A different colour perhaps? Not available.
The requested item was delivered after 7 days, and the product was exactly as described.
I was quite happy with the service I received, but wonder if it might be possible to include product availability on the order page.

One item was delayed so the shop emailed right away to explain. I was not fussed about that item so asked to have it cancelled and the rest of the purchase to be shipped. They did exactly that and in no time. Very efficient and helpful. What we got is perfect for our daughter. Great shop and great service.

Broken lava lamp
Bought a lava lamp for my daughters birthday and when we opened it it looked very cloudy so switched it on and it took the goo 30 mins to heat up then it flowed to the top and stayed there. I have videos and pictures. But no one has got back to me after emailing them it’s been 4 days now and still nothing. Bad customer service
