I ordered Adidas trainers 12 days ago. No communication since the initial confirmation email despite me contacting their customer service team five days ago.

Probably a scam but I am still holding out some deluded hope. Typically, I only read these negative reviews after placing my order.

Overall, very disappointing. Why mess people around when it will just result in a chargeback?

UPDATE: Moments after writing this review they contacted my and cancelled my order promising a refund. it's now been over a week and still nothing. Again, very disappointing.

SCAMMERS WHO DO NOT PAY OUT SELLERS.

They owe £100K+ to consignors, but conveniently created a new company to avoid paying out, with Moses / Mohammed Rashid also being the director of the new company.

Moses promised all consignors would be paid out in full when the business started having financial problems and was in talks to be acquired by Brand Alley. However, as soon as they got acquired, they sent an email stating consignors will not be getting paid out and created a new company.

Moses and the company as a whole are a bunch of fraudsters who cannot be trusted. There are much more reputable brands with honest owners who do not rip off people and run away with their money.

Item not received in time frame stated. Wrong size sent. Attempts to contact retailer have been unsuccessful as stating order number/email not recognised.
Retailer was however able to find my order and respond to feedback on Tryst Pilot!!

Legit scammer i bought item worth £300 but not receive and no update. Dont waste your money in the shop really scammer!!!!!!

I know there are a lot of bad reviews on here ( I think they were bought by another company ), but I have had fabulous service from The Edit and highly recommend.
I bought some Gucci trainers ... the first pair did not pass their inspection so they were returned by them and I received an immediate refund. ( I was worried about authenticity so had queried before and a lady called Georgina assured me of this process)
I had given up hope of finding these trainers when Georgina messaged me a few weeks later again to say she had found a pair .. I was sent photos , they were sent next day delivery after they were authenticated and I received them today and they are PERFECT :)

First time ordering from here and it did not disappoint, the service was fantastic and delivery was quick!

A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS, one of them it’s Georgina-I am in the meantime, trying to be scammed by her with verbal promises, to transfer her the money, pretending she’s a personal buyer working in harrods.
On the website the same pair of YEZZY it’s £328, when you go to Harrods (where their corner it’s based-shame on Harrods hosting a such criminal company) the price for this pair will be £1425 , there’s a limit on overpricing, and how the scam is working: the sale assistant from The Edit London, will advice you to contact Georgina, who instead of 1425 will sell it for £328, BUT for a payment in advance :D- hilarious.
Be careful, don’t let your emotions get tempted

A bunch of frauds. Left many sellers and buyers thousands of pounds out of pocket. Liquidated the company and conveniently made another with the same people in the same positions under the same brand minus the responsibility of paying people what they owe. Absolutely no shame whatsoever. Moses you clown, stop thinking you’re a success story lol you ripped off a bunch of teenagers who were trying to make an extra bit of pocket change. I am embarrassed for you, you utter fool.

Trainers look great. I was dubious about buying from a re-trader but they turned up looking brand new, just like buying direct. Only issue was the price. Air Max 1s shouldn't have to be this expensive.

Still waiting for my order after 15 days!

I ordered some Nike trainers and haven’t received them in over 1 month

Today i was at Harrods The Edit LDN, i was looking for YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 BRED size 11 when i ask about price they told me price 1177.34£ 😂😂😂 can someone explaine me is it normal??? On The Edit LDN online shop price was 487.69£ Shame!!!
So it is like in Turkish market place😂😂😂 i dont understan how shop like The Edit LDN can be in Harrods, its a big mistake and shame!!!

Lovely item. Prompt delivery since ordering found them cheaper by £20. Also was a little worried about the no returns bit which I wasn’t notified of until I had paid as it happened they fit well and it’s a non issue Just be aware

I started selling on The Edit LDN in november 2023, i sold £690 worth of items between november 21st to december 25th. I was sent a few emails promising i would get my payout soon and to be patient, after january i stopped receiving updates from them and was getting concerned, it got to a point where is started emailing them myself desperately hoping for a response, they got back to me the first time saying to be patient and to wait for a reply, a month went by and i emailed again asking for an update, they never got back to me and started to ignore all my emails and messages, they then proceeded to change my sold item statuses from "unpaid" to "cancelled", meaning they stole my money and are refusing to pay me what they owe and are trying to get away with it. If anyone plans to sell or buy from here please stay away, your better off buying and selling on Laced or eBay. I hope this reaches people in time before something happens to them too from these scammers. Be safe people.

ordered trainers on the 26/03/2024 you get a link to download a app called shop they are showing delivered 2 hours ago item not received i am glad i paid through pay pal
