Item never arrived within time frame I had to contact them and after then complaining about the generic responses got a reply and said they could source a new order and then the exact same thing happened again! Ended up nearly three months wait and cancelling the whole order to which I had no apology just a generic response confirming a refund.

Never got my order, took time to respond with no clear answer or amy guidance, and finally got a refund weeks later.

Placed my order at the end of November and ended up cancelling by mid January. I had to keep reaching out for updates. My daughter ordered the same shoes from someplace else and they arrived in three days. I won’t be using Edit LDN again.

Terrible, order placed November 2023! Still waiting to receive, now company is in administration!! No word on where to go next!

Ordered a pair of uggs at the beginning on December, still not arrived it’s now the end of January. Emailed several times to be told they are being sent out. Emailed today to be told they have entered administration and to take it up with my bank. Absolutely disgusting please avoid ordering from this joke of a company. Now a fight to try and get my money bank

The worst experience ever, ordered at the start of November, heard nothing till December. They said if they can’t get a hold of the item they will refund me by Christmas, they didn’t do either and had to messaged them and pester them constantly my refund only came last week the 22/Jan/2024

SCAM!!!! They never sent the trainers and refused to give me a refund of £1400. Apparently now have gone into administration and have been told to contact my bank. I will probably never get this money back. It is absolutely grotesque a company THIEVING money from customers.

Orderd November still haven't received the trainers,emailed today to be told its not down to the company because another company had taken over,Do not use this company there scamming people out of hundreds of pounds around Christmas time,

Ordered a shoe from them, It took 3 months to here back that the shoe hasn't Pass quality inspection and they will get intouch back with me when they source another shoe. I was like hell no, during this 3 months I was battling endlessly with these people to get my money back. If you can just stay the hell away from them, don't understand why they are still operating in business.

Says 10 working days for delivery but they never came, they were a Christmas present which were brought in November so plenty of time to arrive for Christmas

The Edit Man Ldn Company has gone into administration. They have now been taken over by Brand Alley UK trading as Edit Ldn Limited who are REFUSING to pay their consigners (sellers) and any outstanding payments to their sellers from as far back as October 2023 till 18th January 2024. They have also taken funds from customers who had/have placed orders from Q4 2023 till 18th January 2024. Even if you have an order after this date, or prior, continue to read on for your own safety from this company, your money is in the hands of these people.

THIS IS ALSO CONSIDERING THE ORIGINAL OWNER MOHAMMED RASHID (MOSES) HAD SENT OUT THREE SEPARATE COMMUNICATIONS TO ALL SELLERS THAT THEY WOULD BE PAID PRIOR TO NEW ACQUISITION OF EDIT LDN.

LET THIS BE KNOWN MOHAMMED RASHID (MOSES) IS *STILL* THE REGISTERED CEO OF EDIT LDN.
MOHAMMED RASHID IS STILL INVOLVED WITHIN THE COMPANY, DESPITE STEALING FROM BOTH CONSIGNERS AND CUSTOMERS AND LIQUIDATING THE COMPANY USING HIS CUSTOMERS FUNDS.

THEY HAVE ALL SIMULTANEOUSLY AGREED, WITH MOHAMMED RASHID STILL BEING PART OF EDIT LDN WHO ORIGINATED THESE PROMISES, THAT THEY WILL NOT BE PAYING OUT ALL OUTSTANDING DEBT OWED CONSIGNERS PRIOR TO JANUARY 18TH 2024.

RAYMOND CLACHER ON BEHALF OF BRAND ALLEY UK HAS NOW SENT OUT EMAILS TO ALL SELLERS STATING ANY COMMUNICATION PRIOR TO 18TH JANUARY 2023 IS ESSENTIALLY VOID AND MEANINGLESS. THIS INCLUDED MOHAMMED RASHID STATING ALL CONSIGNERS WOULD BE BACK-DATED AND PAID UPON NEW TAKEOVER AND POST THE NEW DEAL GOING THROUGH. BRAND ALLEY UK AS THE NEW OWNERS HAVE DECLINED TO WITHDRAW THIS STANDARD AND COMMUNICATION SET BY MOHAMMED RASHID, AND ARE NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL PAYMENTS OWED TO ANYONE PRIOR TO THIS DATE.

***Some consigners are owed upwards of 4, 5 and even 6 figures worth of payments.***

A VERY select few of these consigners have been reached out with a 70% debt pay-off, only given to their largest consigners.

Anyone who is owed less than 5 figures, I imagine will not be getting ANY percentage of their payments back to them. Even with their largest debts owed to consigners they will have to take a haircut of 30% lower than their original amount.
Let this be clear; This is 30% of a figure owed on 5 to even 6 figures, meaning they are taking thousands-to-tens of thousands of £’s lower than the money originally & rightfully owed to them in the first place.
And this is only for a select few individuals who have already been reached out to this past week, whereby Brand Alley said they would be paid within 7 working days.

THEY HAVE SPECIFICALLY TOLD THESE SELLERS TO KEEP THIS INFORMATION PRIVATE; so much not to notify any other sellers/consigners that they are only paying 70% of the debt to these select few individuals. The rest of us, whom are a very large portion owed 3 to 4 figures, are getting absolutely nothing. I imagine there are hundreds of us who are owed anywhere from as low as a few hundred to a few thousands of £’s. I am personally owed around £510, where I was promised by my consignment account manager Victoria Highland, in writing, prior to the acquisition, that I would be paid this amount, however any communication to the original consignment managers, is also not being acknowledged, nor upheld to by Brand Alley UK. They have told sellers, and i quote
“any transaction prior to 18th January 2024 is therefore not the responsibility of BrandAlley UK Limited, who are now the owners of a new company called The Edit LDN Limited” “Despite any written correspondence prior to BrandAlley UK Limited’s acquisition whilst sent with best intention based on the information provided at the time of sending, were not authorised by the new owners”
This means, no matter who you had spoken to, whether it was your consignment account manager, any support staff, or even Mohammed Rashid (Moses) himself, the directors from Brand Alley UK have decided you will not be getting paid nada. Doesn’t matter what you were told, and doesn’t matter how long you have been owed for or what you have done for Edit Ldn, Ray Clacher, Simon Smith and the Feldmann family (ironically the whole family is here doing this) have told you all to jog on.

Horrendous service, I ordered trainers on the 26th November and these have not arrived. I asked for a refund on the 3rd January and still nothing….

Didn’t receive order told to wait still never received order asked for refund for accepted told to wait again still didn’t receive refund told to wait then told it went into administration!!

My daughter went without a Christmas present . I ordered it in plenty of time and still up till the week before Christmas I was emailed and told it would be her on time
