Macbook arrived in stated window. Only criticism would be for such a high value item there's a slight lack of update between placing of order and confirmation of dispatch.

The EduStore offer great prices and usually fantastic service, with good tracked delivery. If the item is in stock, or with a short lead time to delivery I don't think there is anything to worry about at all. However, with the shortage of some products and long lead times (35 days for my Mac) they don't send out any updates to keep you informed if the item is still on schedule or if the delivery date will be even later than expected (mine was extended by about 3 weeks and I heard nothing, a message I sent to them via their web contact form went unanswered). You don't get anything until the Order Despatched email.

Ordered a refurbished Grade A Mac mini on Thursday, and it was with my local delivery office by Saturday morning (Parcelforce then took until Tuesday to deliver it but there was a Bank Holiday).

The device was well packed with original packaging inside. All expected parts were included and the device was spotless.

So far I've not had to try their customer services so cannot comment on that, but the purchase and dispatch/delivery was very good,

If you get exactly what you want first time with no problems, they are probably ok. If you have to return an item - forget it. They just don't seem to care.

Terrible communication , ordered an IMac and they happily charged my account . No communication for over a month and when I get in contact they said they have no idea when it will come into stock . No etiquette over email and a terrible customer service . Just order direct from Apple with student discount . I did and picked up the same item next day . £50 more but I got AirPods free

I placed an order for a MacBook and iPhone 3 weeks ago. Neither have arrived. I have emailed twice for updates and had no reply. The edustore telephone number is unobtainable. I will pursue a refund through my credit card company.
