Iphone 12 pro max instead of iphone 13 pro max
I ordered iphone 12 pro max only to realise 13 pro max was cheaper so I asked for a change of order in which I asked for a 13 pro max instead of the 12 pro max but I was informed by customer service I couldn't do a swap I had to cancel my order and place a new order. I then asked for my order to be cancelled because there is no where on the website where you can actually cancel your order so I had to send an email (no contact number/ anyone to speak to, only emails which you have to wait for a while to get a reply back) I requested for my order to be cancelled and a whole month later my order was shipped and not cancelled like I requested which is such an inconvenience. Not only did I not get my request granted (cancel my order) I now have to book a day off from work just to ship back the phone I hadn't even asked for and will also need to wait for my cancellation to be processed once I post the phone back in order for me to get my money back to reorder the iphone 13 pro max but I will probably order from apple now. I just want my refund.

After Sales service appalling
The EDUstore itself is fantastic, great prices. Ordered an iPad Mini last week, arrived in two days but unfortunately it was faulty. Contacted for return and replacement and still waiting for collection via XMA 7 days later. Was told it would be collected today but Parcelforce saying it will be in three days time. Shambles. Been without a device I paid for for coming on a fortnight.

Very quick and problem free delivery
Had no problems, ordered the item the Friday and it was shipped on the Monday, despite it saying it would take up to 30 working days (new iPhone so I expected delays). Not had to contact them for any queries so cannot comment on this, but overall happy with the transaction and will use again in the future.

Happy bunnies
We ordered a pair of M1 MacBook Pros, having first verified that they would be available from stock. They duly arrive a couple of days later, well packaged and well tracked.
The price was good, the 4-year warranty cover very attractive, dispatch was very prompt, comms were excellent.... and the product was exactly what one expects from a brand new Mac.
P.S. I checked on theEDUstore before ordering and found it is a trading name of XMA, whom my employers have satisfactorily bought printers etc. for many years.
