The pod Ive been using so far hasn't just randomly started tasting burnt or lost its flavour part way through which is promising enough to me that the other 3 i bought will do the same unlike the corner shop Ive been going to, also much cheaper too.

Excelent customer service.
My recently purchased vape kit turned out to be faulty on receipt.
I emailed the company, and after a brief exchange of emails to double check the fault details, a replacement kit was dispatched the same day by special delivery and duly arrived the next morning.
A QR code was also provided for the free return of the faulty item.
