Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I spoke to one of the customer service reps via the online chat to query if there had been an error with the vape pod they had sent me. Although all the labelling was correct, the taste was nothing like what I was used to. The flavour, Caribb Crush has an overpowering coconut taste to it. The rep tried to argue with me that it doesn't contain coconut. A quick google search will tell you different and I pasted it's description. She was still adamant it doesn't and basically was questioning my integrity as well as being very rude. I have to ask how genuine are these pods when everywhere else I have ordered, they taste how they're supposed to.

The best service I’ve ever had for online vapes/pods
When I ordered my vapes and pods there was a slight issue with my identification because I had my grans address down as delivery address and billing address as it wouldn’t let me have 2 separate addresses for some reason on my online account. (My grans address was my delivery address because that’s where I’m staying right now to look after her) So my id wasn’t verified on their system. I got an email to tell me this and my order was put on hold. I was a bit skeptical at this point thinking I wasn’t going to get my order as I don’t have photograph ID to load onto my online account. I called the customer service number the very next morning and the man I spoke to was so polite and extremely helpful…. He took my own address and put it through the system and tht verified my identity through the electoral role. He got my order posted out to me immediately and it arrived at my grans the following day. They email you every step of the way too so you know what’s happening with your order, which puts your mind at ease especially when it’s quite a big order, costing a bit. Top class service and I’ll be using this company from now on. The price I paid for my vape/pods it’s the cheapest I’ve seen too.

Usual excellent speedy service and great price from this company. One slight complaint is that the vapes were the older model that do not have usb-c connectors but this is not a major problem.

The pod Ive been using so far hasn't just randomly started tasting burnt or lost its flavour part way through which is promising enough to me that the other 3 i bought will do the same unlike the corner shop Ive been going to, also much cheaper too.
