Most impressed with my first order. Got confirmation email of order that I placed yesterday at 12:30, email to say it had shipped @ 4:13 and it arrived today about 10:00 am and I only requested regular delivery. Very happy and this company deserves a pat on the back. Oh and all was present and correct.

I purchased several things at the same time and everything came as I expected, except for the free package of 5 blades that a Mühle razor suppose to come with. It was delivered only with one derby razor blade instead of five. All the rest came perfect.

The orders are filled quickly and shipped without delay. The products, what can I say? I learned about Edwin Jagger about 7 years ago and they quickly became my favorite source for shaving supplies. The razors have perfect weight and balance. The brushes are excellent. The shave soap and creams produce great lather. You guys are great!
