I feel they (FLH) just didn't process the order.
Instead of next day delivery, it was actually four days.
Had to cancel floor screed covering.

Had an issue with delivery. DHL messed up my delivery. The floor heating warehouse went out of their way to get my order to me. Five stars and highly recommended.

Supernova Service
I would give this company Supernova! Absolutely fantastic! I had the amazing Ethiene on the phone every time I called and trust me, I did call a lot. I was changing all my radiators to an UFH and they supported me every step of the way. Design, supply, delivery, installation guidance and after sales care. Not to mention the competitive prices they offer. I highly recommend and commend their fabulous service

Nothing wrong with manifold good product but for republic of ireland customers as well as 45 euro charge postage. u have to pay vat on top of that
to collect package not companies fault
but due to brexit. Not good for uk based business.

As a plumber/heating engineer they Totally easy to deal with, from the initial enquiry to the cad drawings and delivery was an absolute pleasure to work with.
