Appalling!
Made the mistake of relying on this store for a 30th wedding anniversary flower delivery. It was a disaster. They were late and could do nothing to rectify the situation. DON'T use this company. Especially DON'T use them for Abu Dhabi deliveries. Being told "this doesn't usually happen" was the last straw! How is that supposed to help me?
Still waiting for the delivery - I think I would rather they didn't bother now. They've ruined my day! One star is too good, you should be able to give zero stars!!
