Terrible service
Terrible service! I ordered flowers and ballons and pay extra for a 2pm delivery. no show until 9pm!!!!!! Nobody answer customer service. I was told by customer service the delivery will happen after 6pm, then they say 6:30-7:30, then at 8:00 they said 30 min more. Then customer service lied and said the recipient wanted the delivery latet which is no true! This is absolutely unnacceptable. Dont order here! Very irresponsable company and if you do, dont bother to select hours of deivery or pay extra because they will not deliver when they promise.
