I ordered a bottle of Aftershave costing £80, but they sent a massive box containing nothing but a tiny 2ml sample. It feels like a deliberate trick to make it look like a full package arrived on tracking. To make matters worse, they have no phone support at all. I was forced to send an email, which they completely ignored. Their online customer service is completely non-existent if something goes wrong. The actual aftershave finally showed up three days later out of nowhere. Thankfully, the first postage label clearly showed the shipping weight, so I had indisputable proof that the full bottle wasn't in that first box. Terrible communication, deceptive shipping practices, and a stressful experience. Shop elsewhere!

Popped in to buy a specific aftershave…
Popped in to buy a specific aftershave and unfortunately they didn't have it but could order it for me. Staff then answered all my questions about other fragrances and and we're really helpful with informing me of all scents and offers. Great customer service
