In the Barnstable branch as I had a querie with money being taken out of my account from fragrance shop . I had said when I joined last year with the Exeter branch she did not explain about it and that money would be taken out of to my account the following year . I thought I had been hacked . I will keep
It for another year as I now realise the savings we get . I just wished Exeter staff had explained better . Many thanks
