Disgusting company. Have taken 32.50 off my son and not sent goods. Phone number has been disconnected so unable to speak to anyone and they don’t return emails

Fantastic company to deal with. They sent me a email saying that they received my euros' and i would be paid within three working days, I was paid the same day.

Incredible service. I sent them unused foreign currency from a holiday and they paid UK Pounds Sterling into my bank account the day after i sent it to them.
Will definitely be using them again. So glad i read the reviews here before deciding on a company to trust

The Currency Exchange process was so quick, smooth and trouble free and the FX Company offered GOOD EXCHANGE RATE from USD to GBP and I surely recommend the Company to people looking to BUY or SELL Travel Money.

I posted the money on late Friday afternoon and got Confirmation that the CASH was delivered in their STEVENAGE Office on Monday around 11 am and the GBP money was in my account by 3 pm. So, I am quite happy to use the service again in future.

Absolutely brilliant. I was a little concerned sending money in the post but knowing I had compensation included in the special delivery I paid for put my mind at rest. I needn't have worried! They emailed to say they'd received it and I'd get my money within 3 days...it arrived in my account on THE SAME DAY! So within 36 hours of sending the money I received my money. Excellent service!

Having never had to sell a significant lump of Forex I was a bit anxious about how it would work. In the event after using their recommended shipping they confirmed receipt and advised funds would be transferred within 3 working days. It appeared within the hour.
Rate was good.

I was initially quite worried in sending money via post to be exchanged and credited to my bank account. However, The FX Company service has been so great and very efficient that it put my mind at ease. Definitely would recommend. Have so far used them 3 times and once the amount was over €3,000

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish. Having decided on FX based on the excellent rates offered on Danish kronor and superb reviews I sent the cash on Tuesday afternoon by Royal Mail’s Special delivery, guaranteed next day delivery. Early on Wednesday afternoon I received a message from FX confirming receipt and the amount in Sterling I would receive within 3 working days. It was slightly more than the online estimate provided on Tuesday. To my surprise the money was in my bank account this morning, Thursday. I could not have expected anything better.

Found this company on the website to exchange my foreign currency. Only sent my foreign currency on 28-05-2022 and money is already in my account on 29-05-2022. Fast, prompt, best exchange rates as it beats any exchange rates out there. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company to do business with.

This is the fourth time I use their service. First I was anxious to send some foreign currency bank notes by mail to a company. But every time the transaction was smooth and fast. Their exchange rate is always better than some banks on high street. I highly recommend their service as they are trustworthy.

Despite feeling a little nervous about transacting this way, everything was done as promised and cash paid into my account within 48 hours.
