Excellent, prompt and professional service with great rates

It was great experience. I've sent few grands to them on Friday and got my money exchanged on Monday and received it on the same day. It was great and will use again. Thanks guys great rate.

Excellent easy to do, easy to contact. No need for forms. Gave me more than £100 more than post office offered so worth the postage. Only downside was the dollars were purchased for holiday March 2020, pandemic prevented trip, and pound has plummeted since so I lost quite a bit. Not fxcompany's fault.

Very good experience. Sent cash by 1st class special post (cost £6.80) and got the sterling in my bank account a couple of days later. It was better value than changing at the Post Office itself despite paying postage and only selling 100 euros or so. All very slick despite the slightly clunky-feeling website.

First class service, first time I have used a mail order FX but cannot fault them. They received my US dollars at 10.41am and the money was in my account at 2.00pm. Cant say I wasn't nervous using this service but couldn't be easier. Highly recommended with great rates.

Excellent service... 24hrs after placing $2500 in the post (yes, I was very sceptical!) the equivalent in Pounds sterling arrived in my bank account. Am totally blown away by the efficiency of this company and the speed that everything is done. As an added bonus, I received a few pounds more than what I was expecting!

You place your order on their website, you receive a confirmation of the order in your mail box and you send the cash via Royal Mail next day insured special delivery for the sterling equivalent. This means that you can feel quite confident. In spite of that I could not avoid a feeling of insecurity with posting cash. Therefore I would like to assure others, that can feel the same, that it works smoothly.

Used Thefxcompany to exchange uae dirhams back to sterling. Followed the instructions given, posted currency back on a Monday and had a credit on my account by Tuesday! Despite having paid £7.25 in postage, their rate was the best around giving me the most money back. I couldn't fault the service and I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Fantastic service. Posted currency from the North of Scotland at lunchtime one day and the money was in my account early the following afternoon. Got a rate higher than predicted the day before and by far the best rate I could find. Highly recommend the fx company.

Had some US dollars to exchange and local exchange bureau had poor rates and to get rates meant travelling. Found this site and though dubious at first, I posted off my money via special delivery and though it cost £6.85 to send, still got more money back than I would elsewhere. Posted at 3.30 p.m. and in my account by 4.20 p.m. next day.

This was my first experience of The FX Company and I would highly recommend to others. A very simple process which worked perfectly, with the funds transferred on the same day as the currency arrived.
The exchange rates were also very favorable.

The service is very quick and reliable. I had sent the USD to them on Monday and on Tuesday they transferred the agreed amount of GBP to my bank account. The exchange rate was almost the same.
