Not really one to type in reviews for companies but based on the service I experienced with FX, I felt compelled to do so. Yesterday I sent in 1000usd even if I was hesitant since it was my first time posting a huge amount of money, but since the reviews were all great I decided to give them a try. Their rates were really high too compared to other companies which definitely was a plus. I sent my money at around 3pm yesterday and the company received my money at 11am today. After a few hours (3-4 hours to be exact), I received GBP in my account and it was slightly higher that the initially projected exchange rate. I am so impressed with this company. I’ll definitely use their service again next time :)

I wish I was one of those person that receives money to promote companies online. That's not my case. I just felt compelled to do so because I was really impressed with the service provided by The FX Company.
I had some USD that I wanted to convert to GBP and they had the best rate, by far. I was concerned of sending my money on an envelope for a company that promised the best rate and that I had never heard about before. They received the envelope at 10:53hrs and the money was in my account in a couple of hours later. Additionally, the amount I received was bigger than the amount projected.
I can't recommend them enough and will definitely use their services again if needed.

I admit I was concerned about sending £2,000 in Thai baht to The FX Company to transfer into GBP but I had nothing to be concerned about. On receipt of the foreign currency, The FX Company emailed me with confirmation and to inform me of the exact GBP there would be in my account within 3 days. I can't thank them enough for their service and I would certainly recommend this company to everyone. Keep up the good work.

I normally beware of internet companies, but I gave a try to THE FX COMPANY as I desperate needed to change my Euros back to pounds.
1. They offered the BEST RATE.
2. They explained the exchange process very clear and understanding way which costs me £6.85 Royal Mail next day insured spec delivery (less than the bus ticket to the big city for changing personally for a bad rate).
3. They sent instructions, authorisation emails, order details etc. via email very quickly and clearly.
4. During the process I felt in SAFE HANDS my little money.
5. They RECEIVED the Euros a certain day AFTERNOON and I had the pounds on my bank account ON THE SAME EVENING.

I have been scammed twice during lock down, but with this company I had no doubt they are TRUSTWORTHY.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company without any doubt with a warm heart.

I dont normally write reviews but these definitely deserved my time! I had €1130 euros just sat I my cupboard so decided to get a quote from the post office to sell them and it came back with something silly like £830 which I thought was crazy! After a Google I came across the fx company and their qoute was around £150 more!! Was a little wary about posting that amount of money but using special delivery it was insured and a tamper proof bag for extra peace of mind. On the trqacking they recieved the parcel at 10am and the money was in my bank just a couple of hours later!! Even paid a little more than quoted as the exchange must of changed! Brilliant service will deffo recommend to friends and family!

Exchanged 1850 Romanian Leu. Received a good rate and the money was in my account within 36 hours of postage.

WOW, absolutely fantastic !! Was very apprehensive about putting a large number of euros in an envelope and sending in the post, what can I say incredible service !!!! Sent at 4pm and the next day I was emailed that the money had gone in my account ! Now that is service and an amazing rate ! Thank you so much 👍would definitely use again.

Absolutely brilliant. Sent a chunk of unwanted euros to them yesterday and they indicated a rate but of course the rate applies on the day they receive it. Nevertheless the pounds went up by fair bit but they still gave me the indicated rate. I had sent them euros in the past and again they are the best around I dealt with one other company who were very slow and took ages to pay me.

Super efficient service, they received my euros on Monday morning and the money was in my bank account by the afternoon. Will definitely use again.

Thought I would leave a review as I was so relieved that there wasn't a problem with using their services.
I sold some American Dollars to them via post and the next day the money was in my bank account slightly higher than the estimated figure they gave me.
More than happy to use them again.

Brilliant service. Very straightforward to follow the return process. The transaction was processed in the committed timeframe and I received a higher exchange rate than the one stated on the day I sent my euros. Very impressed all round.

Prior to the COVID-19 closure they dealt with my currency exchange efficiently and reliably.
