Cash all arrived on time by post. I have used this company previously with no issues.
Sadly cash had to be sent back as honeymoon cancelled. The return experience was fine - everything done as promised. Only worry for us was they don't fix the exchange rate for returning money. They did ultimately pay what they said they would although this wasn't guaranteed. We did lose £60 due to the drop in the exchange rate :'( This wasn't the company's fault though!

I was sceptical at first about the excellent reviews this company has received but I can honestly say they are amazing and so efficient. I was paid a few hours after my euros were delivered and I even received more £‘s than I was expecting. True to their word they applied the current exchange rate at the time of processing my order.

I found it really easy to exchange my leftover holiday money. I got an online estimate and the rate changed in my favour before my parcel arrived with them, but I was given the better rate (as promised, they used the rate on the day of arrival). Getting the right postage and envelope was easy at the post office thanks to the clear information. Only improvement would be to tell me how to cancel if I change my mind before posting the cash. I couldn't find this info online
