I wouldn’t recommend this shop at all. 😡 An item my husband purchased on 25 February still hadn’t been delivered by 4 May. 📦⏳ The sellers kept ignoring our messages, making promises and not foll... See more

Danaged side button on my Samsung Galaxy…
The side button on my Samsung Galaxy mobile 'phone stopped working after I dropped it, which meant I couldn't turn it on.
I was very stressed when I couldn't access my files. The prompt attention and great service I received at The Gadget Clinic restored my 'phone to full working order within an hour. I would not hesitate to recommend The Gadget Clinic to friends and family.
I have used them before
I have used them before. My first repair job through them was on my phone which they provided such great service after the repair. So I used them again to replace the battery on my MacBook at a very reasonable price. Great service, I would not hesitate to highly recommend.
They are just a bunch of scammers!
They are just a bunch of scammers! If you are trying to buy items from them they will just take the money and will not send anything to you. Took me 3 months to recover my money from them.
It’s a scam
Unfortunately it’s a scam.
Sent my water damaged iPad pro, April 2024 and it is still not fixed. They promised you the world when it comes to pay to repair the unit, as good as new they told me.
They sent it back to me in December not even working properly. I sent it back then they promise by January it should be done. Now I am calling them to see where is the unit and if they will ever fix it. They couldn’t even find the unit in their system and said they will call me back. I asked for refund £400 that I paid them and they didn’t won’t to.
Main person in charge is Tal and he is full of lies from the beginning. I have called them so many times they should know the problem but still pretend they don’t know me.
When it comes to Apple repairs please avoid this company. Better go and pay apple more money rather than dealing with them.
Fixing a PS5
I made a call to the gadget clinic to see if they could fix a ps5. I then came down to visit at 10.30am. I knew the problem. At first I thought £125 was a lot of money and I was told I could collect at the end of the day. By 1.30pm I was at the clinic picking up my fixed PlayStation. The staff knew exactly what they were doing. They were extremely nice & polite. I would recommend anyone to come here for gadgets that need fixing. I’m very happy with the results. Thankyou to everyone that’s working in this shop you’ve all been very helpful
Highly Recommend The Gadget Clinic!
I couldn’t connect my charging cable to my iPhone and couldn’t see a blockage in the port. After a call to the Gadget Clinic and receiving advice, I tried cleaning it with a cocktail stick, but still no joy. So I took it into them and they had to open my phone and there was debris from the charging cable plug. They removed it and supplied a new charging cable and all done within an hour. Really pleased with what they did and at a reasonable cost too. Very professional and friendly service.

GadgetClinic saved the day when Apple Genius Bar killed iPad w/minor water-damage.
When poor advice from Apple Store Genius Bar rendered a water-damaged iPad useless, Tal and his team got it working, rescuing several years of important work that had not properly saved to iCloud.
Thegadgetclinic is THE place to send your out-of-warranty gadget.
DO NOT PUT your water-damaged gear IN RICE for 2-3 DAYS (it only works in 11% of cases Apple): POWER IT OFF & CALL THE GADGET CLINIC ASAP.
Tal will provide a pragmatic and compassionate assessment, and where needed, think creatively to resolve your situation as far as possible.
Thanks guys: excellent service. Highly recommend you!
Screen Repair - Excellent service
Purchased a screen repair for my iphone and then sent my device to them to repair, was overall very pleased with the service received and everything was done promptly. Thank you for fixing my screen.
Screen Replacement for iPhone 14 Pro Max
I left my iPhone on the roof of my car and drove off. Whether it was the initial drop or subsequent cars running over the phone, it wasn't in great condition. The screen was completely smashed with several lines of pixels just shinning white. Screen replacement through Apple was £390 and The Gadget Clinic was £250. Posted my phone on the Thursday and received it back the following Thursday. Screen was replaced and performed fine. No error messages on the phone. No signs of any repair completed. No additional charges (other than the cost to post the phone there in the first place). The screen looked like it had a few defects around the edges but I realised it was just the protective film. All in all great service from The Gadget Clinic and would definitely recommend.
Amazing service as always
Had a Galaxy Samsung A13 fixed after it took a swim, excellent service received and managed to keep all of my data on my phone.
Would highly recommend 👌
5* iPhone repair
I posted in my iPhone to these guys hoping they could repair the front screen and back glass as it had been badly shattered. After they did a full inspection it turned out my battery & MagSafe coil needed replacing as well. This took approximately a week or two to repair. Once the device came back to me, I noticed a few issues with the screen, MagSafe & battery.
I emailed them say on a Tuesday am, by 4pm that day I had Tal ringing me asking me questions relating to the issues. The device was sent in.
Few weeks later, the device came back to me without any hiccups. They let me know what was happening with the repair and its journey.
I cannot fault them personally. They were very professional, the device comes with 12 months warranty & any issues, I can call them anytime. Highly recommend.
