Expert and caring
I have been to The Garrett Clinic on many occasions. Each time, I have found the friendliness of service, quality of outcome and the general feeling of being looked after to be outstanding. Time is taken to explain everything, and I have never felt rushed or delayed from my treatments. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Excellent service - highly recommended
Mr Garrett is an excellent and skilled practitioner. Procedures are explained carefully and safety is discussed as well as excellent support after the procedure. I trusted him and he gives honest knowledgable advise. I would highly recommend the clinic.

consultation
Met with Lee Garrett who came across as very plastic, no smile, no warmth just like a plastic mannequin. He recommended Obaji treatment which I have since had but from another clinic where I was treated with a smile. Maybe some training in customer service will be good! I regret visiting the clinic as I paid for the rubbish consultation and wish I had not wasted my money. The other clinic where I did have my treatment were fantastic and I did not even pay for a consultation.

Botox & Fillers
The experience in all respects can only be described as "Excellent". Professionalism, the capability of the work done is exceptional. I would have provided an unquestionable 5 - Star rating, but for the fee structure. Whilst, I firmly acknowledge and value that quality will always be more expensive, the differential between your practice and other well reputed practices (in your locale) is significant. Perhaps you could consider that regular and returning patients could be considered for a reduced fee structure.

5star treatment
I went to see Lee Garrett after reading an article in the newspaper, I was extremely nervous and completely out of my comfort zone but Lee was patient and kind and put me at ease regarding my enquiries.
Needless to say, I have attended his clinic a few times now and would and have recommend him and his treatments to family and friends.
I feel good about myself and am more than delighted with the results.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

Disappointing consult
I didn't feel much enthusiasm or interest was shown in me or the treatment I wanted. I notice how often 'celebrity' is used in the clinic's advertising - I got the feeling I'd have had a better experience if I was on a TV programme.

Professional - Warm - Perfectionist
Lee Garret is extremely professional, yet very welcoming and warm.
I have entrusted Lee on many occasions to look after me.
His advice is sound and always reaches perfection.

I first went to Lee Garrett a few years ago. I was unhappy with pigmentation marls on my face. I am very pleased with the service he administered. Always honest & helpful.
