I just had my first consultation with Rachel, and she immediately made me feel at ease. This is a whole new bag for me as I've been the soap-and-water person forever, but she has made me so excited to try all of the amazing products she's recommended. She was super friendly, and clearly knows her stuff. I can't wait to continue my skin journey with Rachel.

Megan is so knowledgeable about skincare. She has improved my skin more than any dermatologist or beauty therapist has ever done (and I have seen many over the years). I think this is because she is totally unbiased about the products she recommends and really understands my skin condition. My skin is better than I can ever remember and I have a great regime in place. Megan is also so friendly and approachable.

I loved this experience. My skin mentor, Laura, made it so easy to talk about my skin journey and helped explain all the factors that play into my skin's appearance and reactions. I really valued the insights she shared with me and am excited to start incorporating her suggestions into my routine! Highly recommend to anyone who needs help figuring out a skincare routine tailored to YOU!

I just had my first consultation with Lionne and I’m so glad I found them. Megan was super friendly and interested, she took a really in depth picture of my lifestyle, my health, my likes and dislikes as well as really understanding my skin (better than I do).
I’m so impressed with what they do, I love knowing that they aren’t biased or tied to brands, so the products are chosen with the real concern or goal in mind.

My first appointment with Rachel was exactly what I was looking for when trying to establish a skincare routine. She asked a lot of questions about my skin and my lifestyle. When I got my Skin Profile back, I could tell she really listened. She focused on creating a routine that would be manageable and affordable, while providing a lot of information on why each product was recommended. I cannot wait to see how this new routine changes my skin and follow up in a few months!

I have had several sessions with Megan and this latest one as always did not disappoint. I needed some tweaks to my current regime due to the harsh winter weather and with an up and coming change in job I was looking for some more budget friendly options. All of which was met and I'm really excited about my new product recommendations. I genuinely look forward to my consultations because you feel heard on all your skin concerns like never before. Everything is looked at, its not just a recommendation its that and the support to back it up if its not 100% right. You have that security and connection with your skin mentor to ask questions. It's really a friendship which I love about it. You never feel rushed, you feel supported and if you invest in your skin and go the distance as its not an overnight fix, I promise you you will also look radiant and have that confidence back again.

I recently had a follow up consultation with my skin mentor Laura, which was a great experience just as my initial consult was. I received tailored, holistic skincare advice, based on my skin concerns, with no pressure to purchase any particular brand. My skin has improved massively since April and Laura has been at the other end of the chat for any concerns/questions I have had since. It’s ideal for anyone who is fed up of the sales pitch from influencers or salons who are brand-driven and wants products that work specifically for them.

After years of trying so many different products and advice for my skin I was feeling really lost in it all. Enter Lion/ne and the lovely Clemmie! Clemmie put me at absolute ease in our skin session and her recommendations have been so helpful! She's even checked in with me since my initial skin session and I'm so glad I can continue to ask her questions through the chat feature as it made me feel less pressured in the skin session call itself. I love that Lion/ne considers everything from lifestyle to diet to budget when recommending products and Clemmie took in everything I said, even recommending me an eye cream when I made just a passing comment about sometimes having dark circles under my eyes. It really made me feel like the whole experience was tailored to me!

Thank you for the amazing, unbiased guidance! I’ve had problematic skin my whole life triggered by eczema and was sick of constantly going back to Dermatologists and being prescribed steroids. Then along came Lionne and Claudia offered such great advice and my skin has never been better. I first spoke to Megan 3 years ago, in lockdown, with the goal of making my skin better for my wedding day. I have always struggled with acne breakouts and skin rashes, rosacea, you name it. Turned out my skin barrier was seriously damaged and I was using all the wrong products for my skin. Megan gave me a simple new routine, with products that didn't break the bank, and I got married (with 30 people - thanks covid) with the best skin I've had in years. We spoke through my pregnancy when my skin flared up due to crazy hormones, and again recently post baby when I needed some advice on using anti ageing products. Megan has become my friend and I've loved the experience, getting to know my skin better and how I can look after it. I would recommend to everyone :)

I loved the skin consultation with my mentor, Rachel. It felt really natural and easy, I did not feel intimidated by a pushy salesperson or dermatologist, and I liked how the mentor had an all-round approach to skin health, including my eating habits and my work.

Lionne has become my go to for my skin - especially when the seasons change and my routine needs to be adjusted. There is no mentor better than Claudia and what she is able to thoughtfully engage in, listen, and ask follow up questions. Additionally, she's an absolute delight to talk to, and really makes a connection with you in a short period of time.

I've had several consultations with Lionne over the years, and I just love everything about this company. The two co-founders are knowledgable, friendly, and understanding, not to mention admirable, for starting this amazing business. They've completely recreated my skincare routine and how I view skincare in general. I've never had such glowing skin! I've also gifted consultations to about 10+ friends and family over the years, and they've all loved it!

this is my second review. my first session was 6 months ago. my skin feels healthier, more supple, and more youthful than it did before. Lion/ne is the best investment I made in myself and my well-being. Megan is amazing and has a wealth of knowledge! she always has just the right type of advice for me and my skincare. Just love the small adjustments she makes as my skin changes. couldn't recommend it enough. i have just book a session also for my husband. Thank you Lionne team!
