I had a really helpful session with Lionne after my first pregnancy which encouraged me think about my skincare in a new way. The advice I was given felt genuine, and not at all pushy, and I loved the products they recommended. They've really changed my whole routine for the better!

I have had so many issues with my skin, from my early teen years to my thirties. I've tried different skincare sets from expensive brands and going for consultations at department stores so many times without luck, so thought I give Lionne a try when a friend told me about them!

I had my first consultation with Claudia, who I could not have been more kind and knowledgeable. After showing her everything I was putting on my face, we managed to get to the bottom of what my skin was trying to tell me - that it's sensitive and I was constantly drying it out and compromising my skin barrier. We stripped back my routine, choosing products that nourish and work hard. When it came to my follow up three months later, my skin was already a lot happier. I have now been using the products for about a year and will be booking another consultation in soon!

I also wanted to mention that I attended the Lionne pregnancy webinar when I was in my first trimester and it was so beyond helpful, so thank you so much for that, and the really insightful information sent through after the zoom.

I cannot recommend Lion/ne enough! For years, I would spend money on products that got rave reviews on social media or someone had recommended because it worked for them, without actually knowing what I was putting on my skin. I love that Lion/ne tailors an AM and PM regime based on your skin, your budget and your time! I have been working with Megan and she always listens to my skin issues and will recommend some incredible products. This service is worth every, single penny.

For such a long time, I struggled
to find the right skincare products to treat my problematic menopausal skin. I wasted ££££ on high street & premium beauty products, targeted at my skin type, that either made no difference whatsoever or further irritated my dry sensitive skin! I couldn’t be happier to have found lion/ne! I have always struggled with skin issues - growing up I had acne and now have postpartum rosacea. I tried countless products and medications that did nothing for me. I was so overwhelmed with all the options and was so frustrated nothing seemed to work. I am loving this service! Had such a fun zoom with my skin mentor, the consultation was very thorough, I felt so heard regarding my skin and issues - really friendly, relatable and very genuine and transparent as a company. Even though I had chosen to do this, I weirdly realised it still took some thought when the recommendations came through to totally change my regime, invest in new products and trust in the process/company! The recommendations were so detailed and my mentor was happy to follow up any questions and concerns I had and also emphasised to keep it simple - it's very impartial and no pressure. I took on the basic regime with a few boosters recommended and although excited about the facial treatment recommendations I asked for, I took the advice to keep it simple and just observe how the new regime goes. Just over 1 month on my skin is looking great! Much more balanced and settled (my combination skin was suffering from breakouts but also ageing!) and I'm looking forward to a review in a months time and to then treat myself to some facials to really get that glow!

I have battled for over 10 years with problem skin, from contact dermatitis, allergies, acne and rosacea, I've been bounced from NHS dermatologist with no resolution.

For the first time in my life, I felt listened to about my skincare problems - my mentor genuinely cared and took the time to educate me about my skin. I have very sensitive skin, but I've also hit my 30s and want to make sure I'm looking after it a bit better. On top of that, I had a lot of breakouts and maskne. I needed a complete overhaul of what I was using!

Claudia gave me some fantastic tips, and I've been using my regime for around 5 months now. The biggest difference is how my skin feels. I don't have days where it feels tight and itchy / sore anymore. My skin feels nourished, my skin barrier is in much better shape. I have an affordable, simplified routine that I'm really happy with.

Lion/ne where amazing and helped me create a skin routine. I have never had a skin routine so really needed help on where to start, they helped me with everything I needed so I can now look after my skin. I received a very carefully thought through plan which gave a range of options in terms of cost. I would highly recommend!

Ksenia was great and really took the time to understand my skin. The skincare recommendations were excellent and the resulting schedule was easy to follow and adaptive.

I had such a thorough and personal consultation with Erica, she really took the time to get to know me and how my life could be affecting my skin. She provided me with good, affordable products that have really helped my skin so far. She also suggested other products that could help my sleep routine and how to manage stress. The holistic approach Lion/ne takes is very forward thinking and I hope the company grows in success, as it deservedly should!

Lion/ne is the best investment I made in myself and my well-being. After turning 40 my skin went through major changes, including bouts of bad rosacea and dryness/dehydration in addition to general aging concerns. I've been looking for a service like Lionne for years and I'm SO glad I found you guys. I am truly clueless on skincare and as a young mum with my own business, as much as I'd like to get in the know, I just don't have the time right now. But if I go to a beauty counter, I'm conscious they're just going to recommend me all THEIR products - not what's best across the whole industry for MY skin. Enter Lionne! I now have a totally tailored routine that's updated each time I have a follow-up, plus a trusted advisor to bounce stuff off. Although I still don't have time to learn, I can skim-read all the info she sends and pick up bits and bobs so that I'm not totally in the dark about what I'm applying to my face. One day I'll properly digest it and really know what I'm doing! Genuinely an incredible service, I’ve had issues with my skin being super reactive for years and it’s completely cleared up! I was specifically looking for a service that was unbiased with products, and the advice lion/ne gave me was informative and helped me cut through all the industry marketing I was so overwhelmed by. I only had one consultation but was kept in the loop and was still able to ask for advice. Honestly worth the money 100% for me.

Would highly recommend Lion/ne! I had a video consolation to help with skin problems, Megan (the founder) was really helpful, highly knowledgable and really easy to talk too. Completely revamped my skin care routine and have noticed a massive change! I used to spend money on fancy products but now I know what works for me - and bonus lots of stuff that was recommend you can buy at the pharmacy for good value.

I felt like for most of my adult life I had been searching for the right skincare routine - getting advice from store clerks, facialists, dermatologists...and still I always had some kind of issue. Acne, dryness, redness, enlarged pores, wrinkles and the list goes on. After my first consultation with Megan, she gave me a list of super accessible products that WORK. And the best part is, as questions come up or skin conditions change, she is available to chat anytime and provide support.

Brilliant. Such expert and yet also EASY advice. Megan and the rest of her team are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and receptive. I’ve had two sessions now and my skin glows compared to my “pre-Lionne” days! I also had a baby recently and speaking to Megan about how to tailor my regimen to dropping the retinol and picking up other products has been so illuminating (literally and figuratively!).

The fact that they now also help in ordering the products too is a game changer. Makes everything so quick and simple.

So glad I decided to book a session with Lionne. I am still in the process of incorporating my recommended products into my routine one by one, but I am already seeing differences. Plus I really enjoyed chatting with my Skin Mentor, Claudia, so I didn't mind waking up a little earlier for my consultation (I'm in the US).
