Terrible service

Terrible service, I bought my son the Rangers third kit shorts which turned out to be too small, I returned them through Hermes at my cost and as usual with Hermes after 15days the tracking said they were on there way which really means the aren’t getting there, I emailed the concierge email address a couple of times so the bottom line is I have been refunded the cost of the shorts what about postage for delivery and then postage to return them! Im a proud Rangers man but I’ll never buy anything again from the Rangers store.

Honestly read no reviews prior to ordering, which is unusual on my behalf. Ordered sale items, which I personally thought, very good value, something could go wrong!! Try and keep kids happy. Notification that, as anticipated due to covid, delivery may take longer. On the contrary, arrived much earlier than anticipated, even with covid, all present and correct,sizes as ordered/pretty accurate, and subsequently very pleased with my order and the service. Presently about to order a few more items, if the service is the same I will be delighted.
My experience therefore is a well deserved 5 stars, let's hope this continues lol.

You can’t believe receiving a full order is game of luck

I ordered 14 shirts 3 weeks ago, keep chasing them as other people placed the orders later already received the shirts. They processed the order placed later first...

Fine... Today, they sent out 8 out of 14. And told me 6 are out of stock and cancelled my orders. But the problem is, 4 of them are still available on they online store, they just for unknown reason not sending them out.

I am not sure if it’s staff problem and the whole team, but it make the purchase like a game of luck. They will send you items when they are happy, or cancel it - telling your out of stock - but actually more than enough is still available in the online store.

I really hope it’s not Discrimination of Asian buyer. I really don’t know...

This company took my money bought 2 items got 1 delivered nothing mentioned about missing item tried emailing but got no reply this is the first time buying anything without reading reviews so stay we’ll clear would it hurt to reply to emails

Actually a good experience

I actually read all the reviews after purchasing my items and was genuinely stressed that my stuff wouldn’t turn up. But it actually came and it’s decent quality. The sizing is a little bit off and my Hummel kit is wayyyy too big, so measure once and then go down a size or two than what it says online. All round good experience, I would purchase again But I would definitely choose sizing a little better

Crap service

Why have I not been notified that my order has changed. If I had of known that I would not have bought anything from the store. You took the money I'm waiting over 10days still on the order and you only tell me now the that I'm only getting some the items I ordered. It should have said out of stock on your site but yous took my money knowingly that you don't have the items. I also had to contact customer service myself because I still haven't received it. I have been waiting patiently on the order arriving. It is false advertising to put stuff on your sale site that you don't have. This is a joke, il never order from this site again plus I sent the website link to my contacts and 4 other people from my family ordered as well. Il have to now let them no they most likely won't get what they paid for. Very unprofessional il be leaving reviews to make sure people don't order as your false advertising.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered on 04/01/2020 for my daughter, she bought items with her Christmas money.

I’ve emailed a few times asking for an order update, the only response I had was “my order was placed in a queue”. No logistical information or time frame, considering it clearly states 3-5 working days for delivery.

I have now waited 17 days for my order with no sign.

I have emailed Rangers to complain and ask for help in recovering the £150 spent. The response I had was “due to ongoing legal issues we are unable to comment”.

I have never experienced such a poor service in my life, it is the equivalent to day light robbery!

Very very disappointed and concerned that Rangers are allowing this to happen.

DO NOT USE - AVOID

Terrible service!!!
Website advises 3-5 days delivery. I’ve been waiting 5 weeks and every time I contact them I get the same response “your item will be processed and dispatched shortly”. It’s a copy and paste reply. Called up and got the same script. Asked for a refund on my delivery and the guy laughed and said that wasn’t available!!!
I would recommend NEVER using them. They carry the logo of our club and are an absolute disgrace to it!

Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace. Received order on Christmas Eve with items missing after waiting for 3 weeks. Not very good when items were for a birthday on 17 December. Will not use again. Avoid at all costs.

After ordering my sons Christmas from…

After ordering my sons Christmas from the Rangers Store in November they said it would be delivered within 3 to 5 day now 5 days before Christmas and I’m forced to cancel in order to get my money back with barely a couple of days remaining to sort his Christmas out. He will be very upset had his heart set on the Rangers gear now I feel very let down.

Twice I was told don’t worry you’ll get your order on time but I lost faith and they lost a customer
