It seems to work every time, I send a lot of gift cards to employees. But other companies have frequent fraud issues that cause the cards to be disabled with balances. The gift card shop has security measures that are required during purchase to help avoid these issues.

Does not work and no customer care
I was gifted a voucher and every link returns with an error including trying to reach customer care. Super frustrating as there is no way to contact them!!! Feels like such a waste on behalf of the friend that gifted as I can’t even use the voucher now.

This site is spotty. Many times my card is declined for no reason. Frankly it’s a crap shoot whether your purchase will go through. I have been a reliable customer for a long time and I get treated poorly. I use them less and less.

Do not buy from this company
I tried this website because there was zero fees for getting my gift cards. I did do some research on the company and I did see a lot of mixed reviews. But when I bought my gift cards, there were issues viewing the cards and it kept giving me an error message. I called the company but they were no help. They tried resending through email that still gave me the same error message. So I asked for a refund and they were unwilling to help. So now I had a file a claim through my bank to hopefully get my money back. Do not get gift cards from this place at all.

My orders did not go through, then rejected by one bank and then rejected by another credit card. I must have spent over 2 h ours on all of this.

Slow Response
The customer support is awful- you can’t get a person on the phone and there is no way to even submit a ticket for an order error.
Update- They did eventually reach out to me to help. I'm still only giving three stars because the online support/ability to reach customer service is non-existent. I shouldn't have to blast them on trustpilot then wait a week to speak to customer service.

Not a serious company
Purchased a physical card, paid for rush service through FedEx, never received the package. I called customer service and they didn't have my order number in the system. They're telling me I have to wait 5 days for a resolution. Do Not Buy From Them!
