Courier problems on a Friday might not be addressed until the Monday
Unfortunately DPD delivered to somewhere yet to be identified, certainly not the address on the package. As it was a Friday and slightly after office hours by the time I found out, there was no hope of any support from The Gift Of Cake until the following Monday. I have since requested a refund as the moment has passed and the attendees had gone their separate ways again

Excellent and efficient service
Excellent and efficient service! Worth the money. I’m in Australia and needed to find a cake delivery within the UK for my sister in 2 days and then found the gift of cake. I was so desperate so I placed my order. And to my surprise, they were excellent! The packaging was spot on and beautiful, the notifications about the parcel was real time. I would highly highly recommend the gift of cake. Thank you!

An excellent birthday present.
You can always depend on this company to deliver their delicious cakes on time and in perfect condition. The latest cake I sent was to my nephew on his birthday. He was so pleased with the chocolate cake he received that he joked with me about eating it all in the quiet of his room!!!

You made a dad's day.
A hearty thanks to the GoC team for making sure a dad's birthday cake order reached his daughter in good time, a continent away. Meant everything. I was literally a couple of minutes away from closing time for the next day's deliveries - and delivery the next day was imperative. The person on the line suggested a helpful hack and it was all done. A huge shoutout from me.
