scammers. they don't pay. they reject my withdrawals of money, while the money is not returned to the account balance. The support does not respond to emails.

Can't withdraw by paypal or crypto. now they redirect to freecash site and delete the discord channel without notification. i lost 10 usd

Today all sites are no longer focused on games or have such a low list of things that we can withdraw from the site, but collectskins is still at that level, in addition to spending more than 6 to 7 years of existence of collectskins, the site never evolves in no way, but in appearance and team went from bad to worse, turning children into manager without any experience in the matter of work, I myself was a victim of ban for no reason.
Collectskins also locks in great when we talk about offerwalls,but nowadays a good site has no limits and users want fast payments and don't want to wait 24 hours, or see withdrawals accepted when the staff wants and doesn't want to.

I'd like to give a review about collectskins.com.

As we all know, collectskins is a site where you can earn game items, gift cards and "crypto". Unfortunally, crypto and paypal are both since more than 6 months unavailable. The official reason by this are "the UK tax laws". The truth: "The owner is busy". But, as long people can earn the giftcards, it's fine. 3 Stars for that.

But...
collectskins.com is a "community - friendly" site. It means, that almost everything is happening on their discord server. The Staff team is presenting their discord server as a peaceful, "everyone welcome" place. The discord server has a good layout, good bots and some good, useful channels.

BUT.
The "community" is a hole of toxicity.
I am since 2022, March on this server.
I waited for my (promised) community coins around 3 Months. While waiting, I asked in their "support chat" for it. Timeout. Discussing with some other members of the discord server about a hot topic. "Shut up". "Leave the server". Responding to them: Timeout. Uploading one video - game clip: Deleted. No Reason given. Seeing a german guy called "Snyx" getting harrassed for being german, and many more.

Of course there are a few nice, good people on the server. Manager Zoe is a good person to talk. Or a few people in pink.

But there is also very much toxicity. Mostly, no Team Member wants to intervene. One Star.

To conclude it, I've been on this site for around 6 Months. I earned around 10 Dollars, which I hardly made from disqualifying surveys. As a customer, you have 0 chances to protect yourself.

Today, I am leaving the site and this review with 2 Stars.

3 Star Site, and 1 Star Community.

i love this site and all its free there is no paying for points if you want to have points you must earn it.

I use it for a little while now and i have nothing to say, the support team is very reactive and efficient.

I have used CollectSkins for years and have never had problems with anything. Withdrawals are fast, support is good. Would recommend!

This site is very user friendly and is very straight forward and simple of what to do. Great design and layout!

Good site, a lot of rewards for different countries, and a lots of bonuses that you can earn more, even though earning opportunity is less in my country, but there are a lot of offerwalls to try out.

Very good GPT site, constant updates and they have a good amount of offerwalls to choose from. The chests and 100 dollar leaderboard are also some nice add-ons. Withdrawing giftcards, skins etc. is easy and efficient and doesn't take a lot of time to approve. Overall a great site.

I've been with Collectskins for a while and to date they've been one of the best overall GPT sites I've used. Good offers and quick staff make it easy and rewarding to use.

Im using the site for 6 months now i it's so far the best gpt site i've ever used, everything is cool here i like the different offerwalls that means you can get a lots of coins in different ways surveys apps offers etc.The chests are really good too and the support is really nice with people wenever they have a problem so i recommend this site with a 5/5

started doing offers on March 1. everything went on 30 day-hold. before the hold period passed got 2 chargedback offers---to which adgate has posted in their owner's/admin dashboard that they had made a mistake thus other sites owners have proactively retracted the CBs. (to name: rewardxp and casheo).
holding period passed, made my redemptions.
every sunday my withdrawal gets rejected.
1st issue they came up with was my wifi IP getting flagged as proxy. sent a screenrecording of phone on airplane mode and nothing else but wifi on and its the same IP as flagged. after that, another reason they came up with was my chargeback rate being in 16-17% and they only accept less than 10%. Mind you, this was their old system when my rate was calculated based on total offer completions. i brought it down to 6%. last reply was " looking good." ticket closed with "will approve withdrawal soon, sorry for the delay". This rejection went on for 2 months and every sunday it gets rejected.
sent a ticket again asking whats going on and i got another excuse saying "your CB rate is at 26%".
their NEW algorithm based on total amount of earnings.

They kept rejecting my withdraw for 2 MONTHS (not including the 30day-hold) and RETROACTIVELY applied the requirements for an eligible redemption. how convenient that they put my redemptions on hold until I was ineligible for withdrawal.
Its been over 90 days from when I did the offers, the longest an advertiser pays out is at 45-60 days. they already got paid by the advertiser.
MOST important note: aside from taking a cut from offerwall payouts (reasonable rate cause business), they also charge at least 15% in fees. for every $100-redemption you make, you set aside $16 on top of it to pay off the fees; $200 would be worth $231.50. thats paypal.
$287 is worth $330.

Paypal has a set of defined rates for business in fees or in goods and services, most sites are at 5% rate. This 15% isn't set by paypal but set by the site itself. so not only are they profiting from the cut they are to receive from advertiser, they also take out from YOUR earnings under the mask of "fees".
