As for the support team, very unprofessional work, in a rough way, they retaliate with a rude word, ban ... In a decent way it is possible to solve the problem, but again a very unprofessional procedure, where you need to deliver all evidence of buying, gambling, earning. It's up to you to provide proof of everything, it's just up to them to look at the pictures and make sure you're not lying ... The prices are too high, for 2 + $ you get $ 1, the fee back is 115% for the only option where you can buy skins. If you want skins for games, I suggest you don't try on this site. I currently have a bad experience with this site and will stop using it. I hope that something will change, that my impression is not written in vain, that owners of site will take my impression as useful and improve some things, until then, recommendations to avoid this site.
