I’ve placed more orders than I have fingers over the years, which is no small amount of money given their high prices.

I’ve been waiting for a reply almost 2 weeks regarding a simple stock enquiry. I’ve sent multiple emails and received absolutely no response.

For a premium-priced brand, this level of customer service is disappointing. A basic reply shouldn’t be this difficult.

The entire experience with The Great Frog team was exceptional from start to finish. I ordered a ring from abroad and had a few time-sensitive questions (engraving options, sizing, and shipping). Matilda was incredibly responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful at every step, always offering solutions and making the process feel easy.

When the ring arrived, it was slightly too tight despite careful measurements. The team handled the return and resizing smoothly, advised me clearly (including what to watch out for with the engraving), and turned it around extremely fast. I received the ring back in record time and the fit is now perfect.

This level of customer care is rare: proactive, reassuring, and truly professional. Thank you again for your patience and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I have sent them two enquiries about the possibility of having a ring made in 950 Platinum. The first email was sent on the 29th of November 2025, the second email was sent on the 4th of December 2025.

It is now the 17th of December, and still nothing. Not a peep out of them. Very rude.

I shall go elsewhere, then.

10 years ago the Great Frog made me a beautiful 1/2 skull rings in 9 crt gold. It was cast from the mould the used for their silver item. Absolutely beautiful at £400

Last year I asked for a quote to get their "Death From Above" silver ring to be cast in 9crt Gold. They quoted £4,000 due to the artistry involved.

It's only 9crt gold using an existing mould!!!

I ordered a snail silver ring, after I've seen this on Instagram: a woman has had one in her hand, and I found this amazing ! They send one exactly the same like that one. This was long time ago, approximately over one year. I live in Italy. No duty when delivered. I've seen a lot of snail rings in internet stores, but NONE Is perfect and detailed like their ring ! Expensive price, but this ring is real pretty !

Not sure why the reviews for this company are so low. I have purchased rings and accessories from both the online and physical stores and everything has been exceptionally high quality. The staff in both locations are always friendly and helpful. There is a reason this company is so well known. See for yourself and look at their social media for positive experiences rather than listening to the 1 or 2 negative ones on here

I waited for 8 weeks only to receive an utter piece of crap.

I ordered the Square Gem Ring in size I 1/2. When it was finally here, the sizing was wrong so I could not wear the ring properly.

While it was already disappointing enough, as I saw the ring closely, I immediately realised it was not the end of the problems–the quality of the ring itself was shocking. Compared to my husband’s Open Skull Band (purchased back in 2020) which has essentially the same design, my Square Gem Ring barely had any definition to the teeth or nose on the skulls and the hallmark was practically non-existent. They even left unfinished rough patches inside and outside the shank so the solder line was super visible.

Their excuse to this was a ‘human error’ caused in different stages of quality control which are carried by their trusted employees. I am sorry but do you not see this is making yourselves look even worse? You have basically confirmed the ring was seen by multiple employees and none of them noticed or questioned any of the issues above. I would not call this the ‘first-class’ craftsmanship or customer service that you boast.

To my emails all they offered was a full refund or replacement which I should be entitled to anyway when receiving garbage like this. They were very slow to respond to all of my emails, unprofessional in their communication and also slow to process the refund.

Thank you for ruining a special birthday gift TGF. I have unfollowed all of the social media accounts of yours and I am not returning ever again.

Seriously unimpressed - they take ages to respond to emails then when they do I find the quotes they give you are vastly overpriced to what their website advertises! Come across as a bunch of chancer hobby jewellers who charge what they can get away with. This has happened on two occasions over a year apart and concerning two different items. Either sort your website out with the actual prices you charge or take the prices off the website altogether!

I have ordered several items both online and over the phone over the last couple of years. The staff have always been very helpful with queries regarding sizing and clearly have an extensive knowledge of their products. The items are absolutely beautifully made and are well worth the wait. I will certainly be buying more from them when my bank account allows!

Ordered online - delivery was much quicker than estimates. Good quality and great communication. I had to return an item as I had chosen the wrong size and the whole process was simple and painless. Definitely recommend.
