I ordered a product described on the website as stainless steel, but they delivered the painted mild steel version. When I brought it to their attention I was told (by an anonymous responder) that they had delivered what I ordered, and there was a link to another version that WAS in stainless steel, but at a much higher price. When I placed the order I had kept a screenshot showing the description as stainless steel, but when I went back to look again someone had already deleted those words from the product description.
To be fair they did offer to collect the (incorrect) item they’d sent, but not to deliver the stainless steel one that I wanted, so I requested that they do that.
I then had a response from “Brian” telling me that they couldn’t do that because the manufacturers don’t make it in stainless steel. I replied with the link I’d previously been sent that showed the stainless was indeed made, and stocked by Green Reaper.
No further response.
I’ve purchased from this firm before and been pleased with their service. I don’t know why they seem to be playing games now.

I ordered a replacement safety key for my ego lawnmower. It’s a tiny item. I was charged £10 for a courier. I queried asking if it would not be better / cheaper posted and got a rude reply saying you can’t expect us to single out an item and take it to the post office! Honestly, all small items could and should be posted saving the company, the customer and the planet. Why the rude reply for such a sensible alternative. A transit van for an item the size of a large thumb. Completely pointless and no offence to people with large thumbs.

Item arrived ahead of forecast delivery and was well packaged. Good communication from Green Reaper and their delivery company. Item arrived within nominated time period.
Would use again.
