Ordered a very specific heavy duty Masport/Briggs & Stratton mower I could only find on line. Had a slight complication with the very fast delivery estimate (two days) so phoned up Green Reaper and spoke to a REAL PERSON (great lady) straight away. Mower arrived on the dot at my exact requested time, third day, and it works fine.

Thank you for your review. Stock on our website is controlled by direct feeds from our distributors' warehouse systems so should have been correct at the time of ordering.
We are sorry that only the battery was despatched when the machine and charger must have literally just gone out of stock. We are looking into how this has occurred to prevent it happening again, as all components of the trimmer should have all been packaged as a kit in one box.
In the meantime, we would very much appreciate your assistance in getting the unwanted battery collected via your support ticket.

Ordered a pressure washer with next day delivery. Competitors were mainly 3-5 day delivery. Item arrived the next day as stated and at a very competitive price. Excellent service all round. I would highly recommend giving the Green Reaper a try.
