The gym Tottenham high rd.
Sunday Circuits class time has change to 10.30am when the system was down. This class has always been 10.15am for the last 4 years which need to change back to 10.15am
Tottenham hale Circuits is 10.15am.
Wood green Circuits is 10.15am
When check the on the gym app you these classes on Sundays are in line.
l've notice the class numbers have been reduced which the management take notice there is plenty of space as the class is downstairs & the stations are setup.

I love the zumba classes we have on Mondays and Thursdays
I love the zumba classes we have on Mondays and Thursdays with Sue Harvey. Such a wonderful way to exercise, dance, connect and socialise. Sue is a very friendly and generous instructor. I really recommend the classes.

Really friendly gym. Been going for a couple of years but recently signed up to do strength training sessions with Emma, and it’s been a fantastic experience. It’s been great to see progress, and the advice given has been really helpful.

can't use the full gym in peak time
Good equipment but the floor space is occupied from 0630-1100 and 1700 - 2000 with classes, very loud classes.
So if you want to join save your money and get an off peek membership or go elsewhere.
Great Training Experience with Ade
My friend and I trained with Ade Boyega – Wellness Coach, and we both really enjoyed the experience. Ade is a very supportive trainer who creates a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere during sessions, which makes you feel confident and relaxed.
He also gave us helpful stretching homework and provided guidance about nutrients and nutrition. It felt like he genuinely cared about our progress and goals.
Throughout the training we felt very safe and supported. I would definitely recommend training with him.

Great value for what you get. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, there’s a good mix of cardio and strength kit, and the opening hours work well around a busy schedule. What really stands out is the community vibe — people actually say hello and encourage each other. Made getting back into fitness so much easier.

Honestly
Honestly, one of the worst gyms I’ve used. No disrespect to the few people who actually train hard, but most of the time people are just sitting around on their phones, and there’s no real gym atmosphere.
Management doesn’t seem to care about the quality of the gym—only the money. When you report issues, nothing really gets done, and it feels like no one is listening. On top of that, some staff can be rude or disrespectful, which makes the experience even worse.
The only good thing about this place is the car park.
Also, be careful with the monthly payments. It doesn’t feel transparent—you end up paying for more than you actually use, almost like extra time is being added. Definitely something to watch out for.
If you’re serious about working out, I wouldn’t recommend this gym
