Poor service. I had to threaten them to get a refund.

I bought a total of 3 hats from this company. None of them fitted, so I sent the first two of them back at my own expense using Royal Mail tracked and signed for service. In accordance with their refund policy, I ensured that both hats were as sent, unworn and complete with tags, packaging, original paperwork and reason for return. I received a refund (less postage) for one hat but not the other. In the meantime, I bought a third hat of a different style but this one didn't fit either, so I returned this one and promptly received a second refund, but I was still out of pocket for one item I had sent back to them. I emailed them three times about this, with my first two emails going completely unanswered. In my third email, I attached proof that Royal mail had delivered the hat back to them and that the company had signed for it. I also had to threaten them with a chargeback claim through my bank if they didn't cough up. After this I was finally refunded but it took a month to get my money back. There is no telephone contact number for this company, which always worries me, and their communication has been poor. I would not recommend them and will instead go to a bona fide hat shop where I can be measured and fitted properly.

Scam

Scam. I bought an item. After a two-week delay, I was notified that it had been delivered to my home, which was completely false. I requested an explanation and received no solution whatsoever. Be very careful. They charge you and wait for you to give up complaining.

Poor quality and even worse customer service

The Panama hat I ordered for around £90 didn’t last - the material on the ribbon bled into the hat and was generally poor quality and sizing. However the very worst thing about this company is the customer service - appalling, unhelpful, slow to respond and even though I provided photos and information they just rebuffed me and never refunded any part of my purchase and didn’t get back to me when k asked the manager to contact me. I’d never ever buy from them again. Don’t trust them at all.

Awful company

Awful company! More expensive than other places but I bought from them because they had exactly what I wanted. Postage time was average but packaging was good.
Customer service was awful, general communication was awful and returns policy is terrible. Don't bother wasting your time and money!
