Poor service. I had to threaten them to get a refund.
I bought a total of 3 hats from this company. None of them fitted, so I sent the first two of them back at my own expense using Royal Mail tracked and signed for service. In accordance with their refund policy, I ensured that both hats were as sent, unworn and complete with tags, packaging, original paperwork and reason for return. I received a refund (less postage) for one hat but not the other. In the meantime, I bought a third hat of a different style but this one didn't fit either, so I returned this one and promptly received a second refund, but I was still out of pocket for one item I had sent back to them. I emailed them three times about this, with my first two emails going completely unanswered. In my third email, I attached proof that Royal mail had delivered the hat back to them and that the company had signed for it. I also had to threaten them with a chargeback claim through my bank if they didn't cough up. After this I was finally refunded but it took a month to get my money back. There is no telephone contact number for this company, which always worries me, and their communication has been poor. I would not recommend them and will instead go to a bona fide hat shop where I can be measured and fitted properly.
