Quality bespoke headboard for 5'6" bed. This company has excellent customer service with people who will go the extra mile. The fabric we wanted had changed production method and I was phoned to advise this and a sample of the new fabric was sent out. Regular updates on timescales given and item arrived when expected. Delivery company also good and communicative.

This review is well warranted especially as such great service is the exception to the rule in this day and age. I only wish all companies could be this good.

Fantastic communication throughout, order arrived ahead of time and it's beautiful. Highly recommend! We were a bit apprehensive about buying a mattress we hadn't tested but it's really comfortable.

Brilliant service. Beautiful bespoke headboard and bed using fabric I sourced. I absolutely love it.  This is my 3rd bed from Headboard workshop and would use them again!  Great service and installation from brilliant delivery guys.

Just received my new headboard. I’m so pleased - it’s absolutely beautiful & perfectly finished. The whole process only took 4 weeks from start to finish & the delivery guys were really professional & helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again & will recommend you to all my friends

The headboard we ordered is as good as we expected from the positive reviews. But I didn't appreciate the fact that the company took payment immediately the order was made in November, and refused to give a date for production, referring vaguely to 'next year'. When I was eventually informed that the headboard was ready for dispatch it then took a couple more weeks and some nagging to get a date for delivery. ☹️

I ordered an ottoman during one of the releases at a discount. It was brand new. Absolutely fantastic quality in a designer fabric.
Communication with the company was brilliant and delivery super quick.

Quite apart from the actual buying experience which was helpful & efficient, we are completely delighted with the Middleholm Mattress. Unusually for mattresses, it is actually far more comfortable than the description makes out - thank you Headboard Workshop for such a great product and making it all so easy.

We are thrilled with the stool and also so grateful that the company managed to deliver it in two days during a terrible storm so that it was here for Christmas!

Everyone at The Headboard Workshop are delightful and very helpful. I love my headboard, beds, ottoman and stool that I have purchased from them over the last two years. All look fabulous and I will definitely be returning next year for another headboard.

From start to finish the customer service has been amazing. I originally emailed to ask if a certain fabric was suitable for a headboard and how many meters I needed to order. The team were very helpful and quick at responding. The whole process took around 4 weeks and the headboard is gorgeous. I highly recommend. I will definitely order another headboard for my spare room

The customer service from this company is excellent. I could not fault them from the initial ordering of fabric samples until receiving the finished product. We are so pleased with the two headboards we ordered and also with the communication throughout the whole process. I’ve ordered from The Headboard Workshop a number of times and every single time my experience could not have been better. Every member of staff that I have come into contact with has been so helpful and efficient. I had fabrics shipped from abroad for the last headboard they made for me and they made the process seamless, being so organised and checking on everything to avoid any issues. The upholstering workmanship is impeccable and they are fairly priced for both headboard and footstool making. I can’t recommend them enough.

I love the Headboard workshop! from their customer service to their delivery and quality of their products. I now have 2 headboards and I will be purchasing a ottoman shortly.

OUTSTANDING COMPANY
I cannot tell you how lovely it is to deal with The Headboard Company. You even get to speak to real people and their customer service and communication is impeccable.No ? to silly. They understand their customers and as for the headboard they produced for me the finished article was stunning. It gave our bedroom a real wow factor. Beautifully crafted and finished it really was a piece of craft and art woven together. Their workshop really knows what it’s doing. They were also able to use the trim I provided which I imagine was hard to put on. It’s all about attention to detail and they clearly pride themselves on their work. Then just to complete the service they used a great company who delivered when they said they would and fitted it. Now trying to justify getting them done for other bedrooms. Wouldn’t look at anyone else to do a headboard for us. Great experience start to finish!

First class customer service and beautiful craftsmanship.

We are beyond thrilled with our new beautiful headboard. The website was easy to navigate and the quality of the work is faultless. The delivery was highly organised and the two men who arrived to fit it were so obliging. I really cannot praise the Headboard Workshop highly enough. It is always a joy to fill my home with Charlotte Gaisford prints. They are chintz for the modern era and are so original. I am delighted. Thank you so very much indeed.
