I discovered The Headboard Workshop when I was looking to commission a headboard using some beautiful patterned fabric that I'd sourced from Rapture & Wright. From initial enquiry to final delivery the team delivered brilliant customer service. We're so thrilled with the finished headboard which is finished to a very high standard and looks great. I'd definitely order again if the need arose and would happily recommend them to others.

Easy to order as this second purchase the fabric I wanted was discontinued in their current range but they liaised with the supplier and sourced it. I was kept updated on this and the delivery. From the date of order (a superking Caldey bed and grand ottoman) to the completion of assembly in my house, everything about this purchase was a delight. I had mistakenly ordered two ottomans instead of one and a quick email was enough to secure an amendment to my order and refund. I supplied my own material for the ottoman and the process was easy. The bed (in mist wool fabric) and the ottoman (shallow buttoned in my own coordinating fabric) are beautifully made and a delight to own. (I recommend buying an ottoman just slightly narrower than the bed. I did that and it looks perfectly balanced.)

I can't say enough good things about this company! From the initial contact, their service was above and beyond, helping me to choose the correct trimming, alerting me to a tiny flaw in he material (in case I wanted it changed) to the perfect delivery! Everybody I spoke to was so helpful, and the delivery men were polite, really efficient and quick, and made no mess at all. I wish all comapnies were as good as this one - and had real people who knew their craft and actually answered the phone!!
