Here’s my honest review.
I’m currently sat in a gorgeous hotel 4 days post tummy tuck.
I can not recommend the health store turkey enough.
I was so scared coming to another country on my own to have such a big procedure.
The care up to me leaving the uk was great, Ruben was so knowledgeable and reassuring the whole time.
I flew out and arrived at the airport and was picked up in a lovely car with air con and plenty of water.
The hospital is luxury and the nurses/staff are wonderful.
I was taken care of constantly and had so much support from the coordinators the whole way through. Thank you Shelly, Ada, beyza and selin.
I’ve had plastic surgery done multiple times with two separate clinics in the uk and I can say on my heart the health store experience was far beyond any other clinic I’ve ever been with.
If you can get over the worry of flying out to somewhere new then I’d recommend this company everytime.

I’m finally at the end of my journey with plastics but if I wasn’t and I wanted something else I’d choose this company over anyone.

I cannot fault the service I have received from The Health Store Turkey when I travelled with them recently for a gastric sleeve. From the enquiry stage to drop off back at the airport all the staff were kind, happy, attentive, super helpful and just made my stay with them extremely comfortable.

The hospital was clean and the whole process has been extremely well thought out to make sure the patients needs are met at all times.

This is my honest review of having a gastric sleeve with the health store turkey.
I travelled on my own and was extremely anxious, worried I was making the right decision and would I have complications. I did think about cancelling and going another time when my sister or boyfriend could come with me. I cried a few times in the 48 hours before the flight. I messaged my patient coordinator at 6.30pm on a Saturday night. He replied in 10 minutes helping to put my fears at rest. I couldnt believe he replied on a Saturday night. I decided I was going, I needed to do this.

I arrived in turkey on the Monday 9th may 2022. There was a man waiting for me another patient with a boars just as described. I did struggle to find him but found hin after 5 mins. Journey was fine in a lovely car with leather seats. We arrived at hospital just as the pictures and videos showed, the hospital was beautiful, clean, tidy and modern. I was impressed. Still nervous I spent time doing my pre op tests, talking to other patients and patient coordinators. I had my last meal as a pizza which I didnt enjoy due to nerves, again the patient coordinator ordered the pizza, and collected it with our money at the front door.

That night alone in my room, I couldnt sleep. Still very nervous I phoned home but eventually there was no one left to call or message and I needed to go to sleep. I was struggling to even lay in the bed I was so nervous and felt like the walls were closing in on me. I asked nurse if i could have something to help me calm down and sleep. Without issue, She gave me a tablet and with an hour I was asleep.

The next morning when surgeon came to see me I explained I was very nervous and asked if I could go first for the surgery as I couldnt bear sitting anxious waiting for hours. He said yes and said you will go down in 30mins. I was soon getting on the trolley and being wheeled down. The patient coordinator was with me the whole time talking to me. I asked about the stray dogs as I love animals and its not something you see in the UK. He talked about them and I listened. Soon we were there, i was told there would be a sedative and then a mask placed on my face. I can still remember the patient coordinator on my right. The next thing I knew was being in my room being moved onto my bed. I was told my operation was successful and I was fine. I felt no pain but felt like I had been kicked in the stomach and was stiff. I was give regular pain relief/fluids by the nurses as standard I didnt have to ask.

My anxiety seemed to settled following the operation and the next day. I was happy to stay in my room and go for the odd little walk round the corridors. I cant say I had any gas pain or pain really. Just felt stiff around my middle and like Id been kicked in the stomach. My first day of fluids I only managed 200mls of apple juice. You get given a bag of medicines with instructions of what to take and when. Even some antibiotics incase your wounds get infected. Everyday it got easier to drink more. I felt my discharge was a little rushed and unorganised as I was told 2 different times I was being collected but everyone was still lovely and helped me with my bags etc. If i was to do it again I would definitely take a companion as I relied alot on another sleever (you know who you are) and the patient coordinators.

I had no assistance in the airport. Izmir is a small airport and literally as you go through security, walk through off duty shop and you could see the gates and planes. I did have some pain killers and anti sickness before flying but otherwise I havent taken many. I think ive used 4 pain killers and 2 anti sickness tablets. Im now 18 days post op and Ive been very lucky with my recovery. I would recommended the health store turkey to anyone.

My patient coordinator was salih and honestly he couldn’t have helped me anymore than he did .He went above and beyond for me. From start to finish I would recommend this company to anyone particular thanks to dr husseyin and beautiful beliz the dietician whose knowledge was invaluable.Also ogyeday Ahmet and all the medical team in Izmir ❤️

I travelled to Turkey in April 2021 for a Gastric Sleeve, I was going by myself which was quite scary but my consultant Pam set me up with others travelling from the same airport which helped the nerves.
The care I received from the minute I arrived was second to none, everyone was so helpful and there was no issues with language barriers at all.
Dr Huseyin was fabulous and checked in daily, he changed my life.
If anyone is thinking about booking with THST then do it now, you won’t regret it!
I am almost 8 stone down and my life is so much better, I have had zero complications and get healthier every day.

Absolutely fantastic. I had been considering surgery for a while. Like most people was apprehensive about going abroad. I wanted 3 procedures, Rhinoplasty, Breast lift with implants and facial Cheek implants. I checked out a few places but even 1 bad review put me off. However I came across this gem of a place. I researched the surgeon Dr Remzi and his team and booked. Best decision of my life! Louise arranged everything from start to finish. Mehmet was my lifeline when I was there, he honestly could not do enough. Top Nursing from the entire team from start to finish. I'm already planning on going back.
If you want or need surgery this is the place to go. Airport transfers everything catered for.

Hi if you are looking for the personal treatment at a time when we are at our most vulnerable this is the company to go for it’s like being in a 5star hotel they looked after my daughter when she was getting upset they reassured her that I was in good hand etc lovely people can’t do enough for you xx

From the moment I booked my procedure til now the service recieved has been incredible. We arrived at the airport to be collected and taken straight to the hospital, we always had a member of the team with us, and everyone was so kind and no question was too much. My partner came with me and he was treated with such kindness. The hospital is just like a 5star hotel, it is lovely. I had my sleeve on the 1st April and so far have lost nearly 7 and a half stone, if you are considering changing your life by having this operation, don't wait just do it!! I honestly with my hand on my heart cannot recommend The Health Store Turkey enough. Thanks once again to the team.

Amazing care from start to finish! Hospital was modern, super clean and the nurses were gentle and kind. Nihal picked the best doctor for my surgery! I’ve reccomeded this company to many people! They are doing great work and changing peoples lives, but safely and by treating people well through every second. I genuinely can’t thank them enough!!!! They’ve changed my life for the better

One of the scariest things I ever decided to do and it was going nowhere fast because I was initially dealing with folk in turkey through other company's I had contacted.. I then got a call one morning from the lovley Louise and the rest as they say is history... I had an amazing group of professionals take the reigns and talk amd guide me through every step of my journey...literally... I didn't have to do a thing but pay amd turn up... it was that easy... there were a group of us going so we were all connected via a WhatsApp group so the fear of me going on my own was gone.. the outreach was amazing.. a fb page to talk..moan...cry..and just be part of everything this company embrace is something il be eternally greatful for... the surgeon video calls you if you want to chat...I kid you not.. it just go's on amd on... book with this group of folk... they really do have a little bit of something you won't find anywhere else.. Best decision I ever made... thank you all so much...

I cannot recommend the health store turkey enough, from the minute I sent the first message to enquire I have had nothing but support and honesty. We were booked through Louise and she has been fantastic but also Pam and the other ladies on the Facebook page are there instantly for support and any questions that need answering. The best decision I ever made was to choose the health store to walk me through my journey into a new life.

I would highly recommend The Health Store Turkey, the pre care and after care are 5 star.

The hospital discovered I was suffering from severe high blood pressure, so additional tests were done to make sure it was was safe for me to have my surgery.

My only regret is I didn’t go sooner to have my procedure, I feel like I have been given my life back and I have started living again thank you to all the team who are always a message away ❤️

I visited the team in izmir in October 2020.
I received high quaitly care while I was in hospital, since surgery I have lost 6 stone (38.2kg) in weight within 6 month's!!
I am now 9 month's post surgery and weighin 9 stone (57kg) and now maintaining.
The Health Store staff go above and beyound to help in many way's. A brilliant group of people.

From start to finish the experience with THST was fabulous. We stayed in a lovely small boutique hotel before surgery (there were 10 of us together) and then went to the hospital. THST staff were at the hospital 24 hours a day so we had no problems understanding anything and they were so friendly and encouraging. Planning to go back with THST for my cosmetic surgery next year.
