Absolutely fantastic could not fault anything about this place from home to Turkey every member of staff was terrific. My fav one mmmmm hard to say but Jackie Drummond is so professional and knows hers stuff nothing has been a problem for her even me at stupid o clock asking random questions. I’ll not mention her falling asleep on me mid conversation 🤣🤣🤣 she never stopped at all god love her xxx

The care and attention of ALL the staff and their sense of humour was second to none. There was always THST member of staff on hand if there was any questions or interpretation required. I was always kept informed of what was happening. (My friend went for a similar procedure with a different company and hardly anyone spoke English). It my 3rd procedure with THST and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Elaine

Had my gastric sleeve 4 days ago from we were picked up at airport then to hospital I was well looked after by everyone and was very happy with the device would defo recommend thanks so much guys

From the word go everything ran like clockwork, from arriving in Antayla getting pick up in limo dropped off at hospital, met at door,the amount of tests just to make sure everything is as it should be ,staff wonderful ,surgeon amazing then finish of at a beautiful hotel, I couldn't ask for more personal and professional treatment, also they keep your family up to date which is a huge bonus

Everyone involved was friendly, professional, respectful and understanding of their clients (especially the nervous/terrified ones). Any issues that arose either at home or in Turkey were dealt with in a speedy, reassuring and successful way. Salih especially went above and beyond in so many ways and we would have no problem recommending this clinic. We met many others out there who all had the same thing to say about the doctors, dentists, translators and even the drivers who did the transports to and from clinics and hospitals.

I had my hair transplant. I found Right from the first point of contact you are made to feel at ease. The communication is great having your own patient coordinator is a great touch. Hotel was great the pick up driver has to have a meation he is a great guy also. We'll recommend

I have just returned home from having gastric sleeve surgery with The Health Store Turkey in Izmir and wanted to give a detailed review for anyone thinking about booking with them.
I decided to book after struggling with my weight for many years and seeing the amazing results my daughter has had, after having this procedure last year.
My operation was arranged by Andrea Verdin, Sales Coordinator. Andrea sorted the booking out for me and was always on hand for any queries. She gave me lots of detailed tips and information. A WhatsApp group was set up before my arrival with all to be involved.
A private transfer from the airport to the hospital was waiting for us on our arrival. We received a warm welcome at the hospital from Emre, then shown to the room. It felt more like a hotel than a hospital.
Shortly after, the pre-op tests began. I was taken straight in for each test, no waiting around at all. The Patient Coordinators are extremely attentive and always on hand for anything you need, including interpretations from some of the doctors. I saw numerous consultants before the surgery. I was also visited by the professors performing the surgery before and after the procedure. All very reassuring.
The operation itself was absolutely fine.
I was a little uncomfortable the first day, however there was always a nurse or doctor on hand immediately if any medication was required.
You are encouraged to get up walking a few hours afterwards to aid your recovery. This really does help.
The dietitian gives you lots of advice plus a step by step guide for your new routine over the next day or two. A Bariatric pack is given, containing everything you require for the first few weeks including shakes and medicines. On your last day, a final visit and checks from the surgeons, then a fit to fly certificate and medical reports issued.
Transfers then arranged to the Radisson in Izmir, then you get some time to relax in this lovely city.
Transfers to the airport are also included next day.
The Health Store Turkey really have thought of everything. What a fantastic team. I would gladly recommend THST to anyone.

The care received was excellent from the moment of stepping inside the taxi to stepping back out of at airport. I had complications and these were dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Fatma Kaya, Hamza Akdag, Dogancan, and Mert Eken took you through every single step, from arriving to going with you to theatre. Dr Umet was excellent and even with complications such as gallstone and stomach polyps that required biopsy before surgery could go ahead, he was positive, reassuring and answered any questions I had. Could not praise this team any better. This is the people you want to see you through your surgical experiences. The hospital was clean, the set up was efficient and the nurses were great. Attentive to your needs and happy to explain anything I needed.

The surgery was fine.  
Once the money is received there is little to no communication, i was basically told to talk to a friend who had had the surgery as they never once talked to me about it, we had emails and that BUT never about me and the surgery just them! I had to ask THEM!!!But what i was told was wrong at times or contradictory. thst turkey was fantastic Dr H the best. All the co ordinators at the hospital were fantastic. However i paid for what was suppose to be an accompanied/escorted trip with vip transfers. This was a security blanket for my family who couldn’t come with me! BUT This we did not receive even though we paid for it. Beware of booking reps as ours were partying in a nearby hotel and posting pictures on social media - not good role models at all for people who have thought about and planned weight loss surgery. AND they have had to go and have the surgery a second time! So I’m told! I also paid for VIP transfers something we did not receive. We were also told our transfer would be 3 to 3 half hours from dalaman upto Izmir BUT the journey there was in a dilapidated bus that was a horrific ride and the driver thought it was funny when she asked did we want aircon on and said tuff we dont have any and laughed! The roof and seats were green mouldy and it was the worst trip EVER and no one should experience it!! took us 5 half hours with a 20 minute stop for 3 ladies to be sick. I was in a group of 7 girls and we were NOT accompanied at all. When we tried to talk reasonably before we left regarding a promise of 3 cars to transport us back we were told it was the same bus to which we refused. one of the booking agents over the phone  spoke to us as though we were dirt and the best bit the bus they put us on instead had a crack from left to right window screen AND it also went on fire as we were coming down the worst mountain EVER and we had to get out and stand on the road we’re there was a car accident! Just couldn’t write this in a book! BUT I Would definatly use THST again for Dr H but would avoid Booking agents and deal direct with hospital. I chose the surgery BUT at 1 stage i nearly didn’t get it due to something found on the X-ray or scan! Them so called “escorts” no where to be seen or found!! As I’m having a melt down not knowing what was going to happen!! OK so I’ve been left it absolute agony and cant go to the toilet! Also after 7 months I’m still only on liquids or puree anything else and I need a hospital for the pain. I have asked and asked and I’ve personally not had the after care they brag about! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED WHAT I PAID FOR AND I TOLD THEM SO!! But they are NOT interested and the phone calls/messages ive had are disgusting! I even got 1 of our solicitors involved and they didnt even reply to him! Yes I can back all what I’m saying up! I TALKING FACT!

From the get go of enquiring, THST have been amazing. There was no pushy messages to get booked, as any surgery definitely needs consideration.
The Antalya hospital was lovely and clean, not to mention the hospital staff were so good at their jobs and so so polite.
The patient coordinators for THST were brilliant, ensuring every need was met and understood. The surgery itself (gastric sleeve) was a breeze and the extensive pre op tests were fantastic compared to NHS. Absolutely in the best hands, I owe my life to my surgeon and all of THST. Thank you! If you're thinking about it, go for it, go and enquire. You won't be disappointed!

All the staff are exceptional from the initial introduction to our coordinator to the staff in Turkey.
The hospital was spotless, and all the nurses and hospital staff were really lovely and attentive. They were constantly in checking on me, taking blood pressure blood tests and administering pain meds. They were available 24 hours a day, ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Having had experience with another company in Turkey last year I had my reservations but I was soon put to ease with these lovely people. If you'd thinking of barbaric surgery I would definitely recommend THST.

The staff is 1st class. The cleanliness is outstanding. Thd surgeon Dr H is hilarious and will put you at ease right away.
The attention to detail himself and his team provide is better than you will ever get in UK. And the CEO is very interested in us ordinary every day customers. U will not get a better place for sleeve or dental than here. This time last year I got sleeve.
This time I'm accompanying my friend getting sleeve and also getting an implant tooth.

TLDR: Sceptic (me) took the plunge. Got 5 star service from the hospital and THST. Partner with me was impressed. Sceptical friends and family impressed and about to use THST now. They follow through on promises. Wish I'd done this sooner.

I cannot overstate how much THST and the hospital went above and beyond my expectation. From the consultation process and the resources they provided (while also doing my own research elsewhere, of course) to the procedure and aftercare now.
I was worried about some similarities between the responses I got from vsg providers here and THST. But there was nothing of the sort; no disheartening waitlists or unaffordable quotes.
I had to research them so thoroughly because I am so sceptical of such five star treatment being offered at that price. However I am glad I took the plunge. My partner - who was provided a bed and vegan meals in my private room in the hospital - even said the pre-op and post-op care was on par with high quality private care in the UK.
The shining star in the service though is THST staff. They sounds so sincere about helping you and then follow through. 24/7 attention by your room is exactly that. Plus they care that you are doing well emotionally and physically. I even got a bit teary saying goodbye as Ceyda was the first to welcome me and there to check me out at the end.
My experience was so amazing that it's convinced people around me to take the plunge. I wish I had know this was an option sooner. This is not the easy way out but the tool they gave me is already working to help me lose this excess weight. Plus any questions I have, I can ask my own aftercare team on our private WhatsApp group 24/7!

I got home yesterday from having a gastric sleeve in antalya was met at the airport to take me to hospital was met at the doors and immediately made to feel relaxed all pre op tests were done to a high standard much better than UK, staff are fantastic always there if you need them for anything even just a chat nurses are fantastic and of course an amazing surgeon hospital is spotlessly clean I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of having bariatric surgery I wouldn't hesitate to go back to thst. I went with my mum as my companion she was also made to feel relaxed and well looked after by the nurses and coordinators very positive experience for me

I would not recommend going anywhere else for bariatric surgery. The team are brilliant, really look after your needs. The nurses are lovely whom see to everything medical and the Dr is so experienced, kind and caring. Great place for surgery and recovery! Will return for more surgery at some point. A lot better than NHS care.

Be wary of a company with little to no negative reviews.

The surgery was fine. Once money is received there is little to no communication and what is told is wrong at times or contradictory.

I have had surgery here can’t say anything bad except the liquid soup ewww but apart from that 5 stars from start to finish and beyond

(I am 21 years old) I am 2 days post-op feeling good and excited for the journey to come! Its was very clean and staff were friendly. Anything you needed you would ask and they would bring. I was worried, of course, like any one would be for an operation (first ever operation ive had) but they answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Dr. Huseyin was amazing and worked his magic. He also came to check on me everyday before and post op and answered questions i had. There is also a group chat for when you leave to send your queries and post op pics as well. They are quite swift with responses. Im very grateful for the staff who helped on this journey and glad i done it.

From start to finish this experience was an experience I will never forget, you feel like vip, absolutely brilliant. Pick you up In private transfer, take you straight to hospital where you are greeted with nothing but smiles and excitement that you’re there. They genuinely want you there, they like your company, you never feel like a pain to them. Hospital was absolutely nipping clean smells clean also, all tests are completed with accuracy and a timely manner and with complete utter care, recovery time in there is amazing too you feel so looked after, you then get taken too hotel via private transfer, my hotel room was more like a suite. Own living room, mini bar, double shower, balcony, you get little bottles of shampoo, conditioner body wash, cotton pads, cotton buds, fresh cups, everything you needed for a very relaxing stay. I could go on forever with how this experience was so beyond the 5 star rating! if your thinking of doing it but not sure where to do this! Chose THST!! You will not regret!!
