From start to finish an exemplary service, Jennie helped find a suitable installation, the installation team Were polite and exacting in the fitting.

The Heritage Window Company maybe a little more expensive but the service and quality of product is well worth it. This is my second experience of using them after being v happy with the windows provided and they exceeded my expectations. Great team great product

There was a delay from order to fitting but I knew this from the first correspondence, before I placed the order. I was kept informed during the wait. It actually was ready sooner than expected and was fitted in 1 day. Neat finish and very little disruption. Patio doors are beautiful and I look forward to using them over the summer.

I have just had 12 arched windows replaced. Cannot fault the people I actually met - sales guy, surveyor, installers. Good product which looks great. Highly competitive price.
However, mistakes were made with the manufacturing, which caused some delay, and it took ages to get glass, broken during installation, replaced. Communication was poor.

The Heritage Window Company were impeccable from start to finish. The level of customer service was second to none (and I was unintentionally not the easiest), no hard sell, amazing craftsmanship, tidy, efficient fitting. Very pleased. We are planning on gradually refitting further windows over time to continue the high quality and sympathetic look in keeping with our 'half tile hung' Sussex house. We will be doing this with The Heritage Window Company for sure. Highly recommend!

Really good quality windows and doors, this is the 4th time we’ve used the company and would highly recommend.

The whole process from Marketing (Vic Seymour), Surveying (Ed Kelly), Admin (Jenny Fuller) and installation by Stuart Thomson and his team has been seamless. A job extremely well done and we are delighted with the results.

The surveyor who came to look at the windows was thorough and gave good advice. The installers were hard working, careful, pleasant and successfully installed a good product in my house.

Our new windows are fantastic. No more rusty frames, no drafts, no more windows streaming with condensation and far, far less traffic noise.

This was the 5th of several installations by Heritage windows affecting 7 separate areas in our house. Our installers Nick and Liam worked so efficiently with the minimum possible disruption that some of the rooms were cleaner when they left than when they arrived! Even the slight re-painting we had to do was minimal.

Windows are very well made, they look and feel great quality. Rooms now warmer and quieter. All the teams involved were professional including sales, survey, and logistics. The installation team was very experienced, they did a professional, clean and detailed job.

The team were very careful covering the carpets and then clearing up after the project. They have done a lovely job installing the door and windows. Martin was particularly friendly and managed the project well.

We were given good advice and kept informed of timing throughout the ordering and installation process. Fitting was efficient and with as little disruption as possible.

Just had all the windows in the house replaced. I can’t speak highly enough of the team. They came to me as a personal recommendation and I’m happy to pass this on. The whole experience is great. I never felt I was under pressure to buy. The team are very knowledgeable and professional. We had a factory visit because we live nearby. It’s only then we saw they make a huge range of widows. The fitters are brilliant. Everything on time and as described. Additionally our house was treated with respect. The fit and finish is great and everything was left clean. Highly recommended. I almost forgot to say- the widows are ace!

The salesperson Robin Dixon recently visited me , I was very impressed with his knowledge and his full range of samples , the slimline product was exactly what I needed to replace my current cold and draughty crittal windows. Can’t wait until they get installed but must say well done to Robin for offering such a good sales experience.
