We were founded in Leeds in 1987 and have been at the heart of the UK's contemporary fashion scene ever since. HIP is built on curation - we introduce our audience to style profiles, craftsmanship, and the unique storytelling that underpins our roster of brands from around the world. Alongside our online presence, covering heritage, streetwear, contemporary and technical brands, we have two stores: one in Leeds city centre and the other in Manchester's Northern Quarter.

I bought a pair of shoes from your…

I bought a pair of shoes from your Leeds store less than 24 hours ago. Unfortunately, although I purchased a size larger than usual, the right shoe was extremely uncomfortable and did not fit properly.

I returned to the store the very next day to request a refund or exchange, but my request was refused because the staff claimed the shoes had been worn. I find this completely unreasonable, especially given that I returned them within 24 hours after discovering they were uncomfortable.

I also contacted your customer service, hoping they could help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, no one was willing to assist or offer a solution. It was a very disappointing experience, and the level of customer service fell far below my expectations.

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the in-store service and the support I received from customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be shopping with your company again.

I feel cheated and ripped off

I feel cheated and ripped off. I have a feeling that when i placed the order they didn't have size S and sent me size Xl. Since I'm a foreigner....
By the way, Fred Perry customer service recommended
the store to me.
