Very poor customer service.
They don't answer the phone (always an answer phone), don't return calls or respond to emails.
They totally messed up an order and failed to refund me after I returned the goods.
They are either incredibly disorganised or deliberate scammers.
Avoid this outfit

Almost 3 weeks no emails or call to say where my order is worst customer service ever

Ordered item as it said it was available, not available, product has gone and of life, does not respond to emails, nor phone calls, nor voicemails, and if you fill out the online form guess what doesn't reply to that either.
Don't buy from them you won't get what you paid for and won't get your money back.

Ordered goods which never arrived, never answer the phone, and eventually ignored my e-mails.

Scammers dont deliver and dont answer emails or calls

Do not deal with these people ordered a bag and some waterproofs aug 1..items not delivered no reply to emails phones just ring out... robbing scamming shop somewhere else

Total lack of customer support, been waiting for 7 weeks for a set of tyres. Was told it would take 2 weeks to get them in as they don't stock anything and refused to refund.

Now they ignore my emails, their phone just rings out. Will not use again.

SCAM BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE HOGFATHER. I'm very disappointed with the service I've received. it's been over a month since I placed an order. no response to emails asking for updates on my order. if I hadn't gotten hold of the shop by phone two weeks after the order was placed I doubt that I would have been notified that the rim I ordered was currently out of stock in black from their supplier. I requested a time frame on availability and they said they would email me. a week later after repeated attempts to reach them by phone someone answered and I was told that they had emailed me, however I had not received it. They suggested I could get the chrome rim. great idea let's do that I said. it's been two more week now. no tracking number and no one responding to my messages requesting an update on my order or a refund. I posted a negative review on their other Facebook page the hogfather online along with all the other negative reviews from other dissatisfied customers. now that page can no longer be viewed. it's been a horrible experience that still isn't over, as now I still have to try and get my money back.

Ordered an item on the 9th that was shown on their website as available did not receive the item until the 28th. When I E-mailed for an update they did not reply. Phoned twice for update and was promised a call back but that did not happen. Very poor customer service.
