Bought one of their rotary clothes airers,(whirlie). Delivered next day, to Central Scotland. Well done.

I ordered two line covers and was charged 2 x postage. I immediately received an email saying that I had been overcharged and was being refunded for one of the charges.
When I received the covers, I found that they were not the large size that I needed and had previously obtained. I emailed them and was assured that if I returned them I would be refunded and in addition, I will be emailed when the larger size is back in stock. Excellent customer service, well done!

I purchased this washing line for my daughter-in-law who is absolutely delighted with it. I have one myself and cannot fault the product. It is large and high off the ground. My daughter-in-law is so impressed with how efficient it is especially in the wind!! The cover supplied is very handy and keeps it clean when not in use. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

Good quality product. Easy to put up - just follow the youtube video. The 30m rotary washing line doesn't dominate the garden but is large enough to hold a full washing load with space to spare. I would say that it is ideal for a two or three person family. Delivery was very prompt - ordered it on a Sunday, and received it two days later on the Tuesday.

There was a minor issue when my product when it arrived which I emailed the company about. Their response was absolutely fantastic and the customer service offered to me was among the best I have ever recieved. I will be using this company again and recommending them to people.

Arrived quickly following order. Sturdy soil stake, washing line is also very robust and with cover is not unpleasing to the eye. This item is ideal for a small garden and couple. Love it, much better than my previous.
