I have received confirmation of my order but, as yet, no notification to say that it has been dispatched...................poor...........
10th September.........I am pleased to confirm that Becky and I have communicated and I have just received the washing line. No card had been left at this house to say that there had been an attempted delivery......my postage charge has been refunded. Thank you!

I am very sorry to see your item has not yet been delivered. Please accept our apologies.
I have tried to contact you on the phone number supplied on your original order and I left a voicemail message.
APC TWC Parcel Collection Services (our couriers) attempted delivery on the 3/9/19 at 15:38 and a card was left to either re-arrange delivery or collect from your local depot. Can you advise if a card was left?
I have contacted the couriers and asked them to reattempt delivery for tomorrow 10/09/2019 and to leave safe if no one is at home.
The Home Laundry Company do not provide dispatch or shipment confirmations or notifications however our couriers do, so I do apologise if you did not receive any email notifications from our couriers.
If you could please call me back on the number I supplied on the voicemail it would be greatly appreciated.

Good solid rotary airer at a good price. Dispatched and delivered quickly. Had a bit of a worrying moment when the website 'vanished' and was redirected to a generic site about rotary airers. Normal service resumed after a day or so, presumably a hosting/server issue.

I've just replaced our old 'Home…
I've just replaced our old 'Home Laundry Company' washing line after 10+ years as the plastic parts had failed due to wear and UV damage. That's a pretty good life span for a washing line that's dried over 1000 loads of laundry. It's certainly longer than any other washing line we have ever purchased.
Given that I was happy with the first one I purchased its replacement for under £40 (offer price inc delivery) on a Friday afternoon. It was a bank holiday weekend so I wasn't expecting quick delivery but the new washing line arrived Tuesday morning.
It's easier to put up than the older one and seems just as robust. If you need a new washing line I recommend The Home Laundry Company unreservedly.

Highly recommend this company.
Highly recommend this company - they have an easy to use website and excellent service. Ordered rotary airer late at night on a Sunday, recieved it by midday on Tuesday. Noticed that a tiny, non essential but cosmetic part was missing, contacted them by email and got a reply the same afternoon and recieved a replacement part through the post two days later. Absolutely brilliant. Don't waste time looking anywhere else.

Excellent Customer Support
Having bought a rotary drier some years ago which failed within the warranty period, it was replaced free of charge. The replacement one then failed and I was given a 35% reduction on the price of a new one. This arrived with a defective clip, which was replaced quickly and with a free packet of pegs. This may sound inefficient and dire, but this company responds quickly to any complaint and treats its customers well. Cannot fault the human factors here, even if the product itself occasionally has a hiccup. Excellent company.

only Buy it if want tiny drying space
Read reviews that said could get 2 loads of washing on it? It’s tiny so small 1wash load just fits it just about. This makes it an expensive product, however it is portable and probably suitable for drying small items on. Not good value for money.

Good quality washing line which arrived quickly in good condition. Although the wrong sized cover was sent with it this was quickly rectified on contacting the company, and a new one sent out. Would deal with them again
