Missing product
Purchased a gillet for my wife. Advised of a 4 day delivery. This failed. Gutted as it was a gift for puppy pick up day.
Tried various methods of contact and had no response for days until I commented on one of their instagram posts.
Was told the item must have gone missing and that the item I wanted was no longer in stock. Was advised of other options which I agreed to. 3 days later no communication of the replacement being posted and Now they have gone quiet again and not answering direct messages on instagram or Facebook.
Do feel like this is some sort of scam now which is such a shame as the products look great.

It would help if I could actually buy something!
Well, the products look great but I can't process my purchase! I've had an email from the company reminding me of my 'shopping cart' but so far they haven't replied to my request for help. So I'm stuck. And of course, real-life conversations are a thing of the past - never a phone number .........
