Very frustrating
Very frustrating. Web site incorrect in so many places, whether made in England when not, you qualify for free shipping, then charged, attempt to log in to my account but tells me acct does not exist, sizing bizarre (two XL items (I generally wear L) one of them two sizes too small, other one ok, both theidleman branded)
Much too undependable for an online reseller.

The first delivery I had went to the wrong address , that may not entirely be their fault but ordered a second time and the things I returned still have not been credited back nearly two weeks later . I won’t bother again

With regards to returns on average they will take 10 - 12 working days for them to finish processing at the warehouse who then notify the customer care team to refund.

Really disappointed with Idle Man
Really disappointed with Idle Man, made an order last night and then decided to make an additional purchase and realised I had to pay for 2 delivery charges. This isn't the first time I've done this when online shopping and so immediately I wrote to customer services requesting that they bundle both items together and that I would like to utilise the free delivery offered for spending over the 50.00 free delivery threshold? Ive been met with nothing but fobbing off and being patronised that the parcels had already been packaged and posted individualy? Bravo!!! However I have plainly asked for a good will gesture to refund the double delivery charges and have been cokey advised that it's irreversible? I haven't met this level of inflexibility and poor customer service in over a decade! I've asked to escalate the complaint and it seems the customer services are sticking to their guns and I'm with the delivery fees or I can return it all if I'm unhappy, again it will still mean I've copped the delivery fees. Not a nice trick to play. Something I'd expect from a budget airline, not an online and modern clothing retailer?? Poor

Lovely to hear from you again. We have done our absolute best to attend to your wishes, but your aggression over email has made doing our job very difficult.
For clarity, every online retailer is set up differently to one another. We're a small independent retailer and we operate very differently to the likes of ASOS and BoohooMan. This means we have a very quick turnaround and dispatch time for our orders as you can see from the countless positive reviews meaning your items arrive much sooner than they do from our competitors.
As a small retailer, we have to absorb these costs - we still have to pay for two orders to be picked, packed and dispatched. We very happily gave you the refund for the shipping costs as a gesture of goodwill, but sadly that wasn't good enough for you and you looked for further compensation. Hope that helps!

We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced a stock error on your recent order.
Stock discrepancies are very rare however unfortunately depending on the popularity of a product and the season they can happen on occasion.
It appears you spoke to our customer care team who refunded you within two days of you placing your original order with an explanation that the trainers were sadly out of stock.
They also provided an 20% discount code for you to use on anything else which could be suitable as an alternative.

Great service except my package was left on my doorstep while we were away on holiday, very lucky it was still there when we returned, should have gone for a second delivery trial.
