I’m happy I didn’t get anything too expensive on my first try. I haven’t got payment ($25) from the first campaign and I don’t recommend anyone to use this site. I have contacted them 3 times and never get anyone to respond.

Generally I've had good experiences with The Insiders. I've reviewed various products, all for free in exchange for an honest review and social media publicity, or where you can return the item without charge after reviewing it. The process usually works well, though occasionally communication is lacking and there are delays that aren't explained. I've not participated in the more recent campaigns where you agree to pay e.g. half the RRP, mainly because information about these campaigns isn't clear enough and you're not often making the saving suggested because you are forced to buy the item from a particular shop, when it may be on special offer somewhere else anyway.

I have participated in three campaigns now it’s a great way to try out new products! I would absolutely recommend as it’s fun and also free stuff!

I participated in several campaigns. Communication is poor. It takes multiple emails to get issues resolved or no communication at all. I sent a message via Facebook stating I could not access my account even though I had not changed my password. They asked for additional information about my account on Facebook. Once I supplied what was asked, I never heard anything. I wrote via Facebook after attempting to send messages through email with no reply. It is possible I was intentionally locked out of my account. Some campaigns require purchasing items and then being reimbursed. The only problem is after purchasing the item there is no reimbursement. For some campaigns an upfront cost can be involved along with participating in multiple activities to complete the campaign. A person would have to do a video of an unboxing, a review, talking about the product, etc. The discount given on the product with the amount of work involved is sometimes not worth it. As well, some of the upfront money required is more than just going out and buying the product. The Insiders is not a good company to work with. They are very slow at responding or do not respond at all. They have poor customer service skills.

This "product testing group" scammed me out of money that I spent on a Samsung dishwasher. This is the first campaign that I was invited to and I thought it was perfect timing because I've been wanting to upgrade my dishwasher. They've had my money for over 2 months and I've reached out multiple times requesting a refund to no avail.

Okay so I recently tried out a samsung memory card that I received from the Insiders and it was perfect! As someone who is an avid photographer, this campaign was perfect for me. I heard about the Insiders from a family friend and honestly didn't think too much of it, but now I'm super happy with my first campaign with them and can't wait to try some more. It honestly sounds too good to be true... I've told all my family and friends about it so they would sign up too!

I love the Insiders! It's a win-win situation for both me and them! It's always exciting getting packages in the mail and trying them out with my family! My kids love trying new things and it's become a ritual for us to try the items together! We've tried everything from pies to juices!

Hi! So I've been a member of the Insiders for a little more than a year but I love their product variety! I feel like they have something for everyone! I'm super into electronics so I'm very glad to hear they work with a lot of high end companies like Samsung and HP, so I'm always super excited for those campaigns! I haven't had any issues so far

I just recently learned about the Insiders and wow, I wish I knew about it earlier! It's so exciting getting to test out new products, I love being able to try new things and give them my honest feedback. I spoke with Maya from the Insiders and she was the best!!

I received an email stating I was selected for a couple of Barilla pastas. It stated after purchasing, I would receive $25 for each, providing I submit my receipt. I purchased both Barilla pastas and when I logged in to submit my receipt, it stated I was not in the campaign. Before that, I kept receiving emails from them for Edwards Pie campaign. The last one I received, stated for me to log in and choose the pie I wanted and I would receive a coupon for it. I never heard anything else again, no coupon, nothing. They have not replied to any of my emails about those campaigns. I am canceling my membership and I will never buy Barilla pasta again, nor will I ever buy an Edwards pie again. Companies better know who they are dealing with before hand. Obviously the Insiders is shady and fraudulent.

This is a great company, have done many campaigns with them in the past from fizzy juice to dog treats and the latest and by far the best a super sexy new watch from armani exchange!

Never respond to messages. Rarely inform you about promotions you sign up for.

I have had good luck.....except for a dishwasher I paid for back in May and have never received and it's almost impossible to get to talk to anyone about this issue

So far so good. I received my box today. And have not had any problems. I can't wait to see what the future holds

It *was* great... Not anymore. They have not responded to a single email & I can no longer log in to my account in well over a month. They continue sending me emails that tell me I have messages in my account. I cannot access them or complete any of my campaigns. Sham.

I love the insiders. They allow myself and my family to review some of the best items out there! They are a trustworthy company that has items such as Stove tops, refrigerators, TVs, Watches, and some new food! I recommend giving them a chance and helping review items.

I've signed up with this website for a little more than a year ago, and I've not had any success thus far. Even when I got pre-selected for the campaign, their payment link is horrible because I could never be able to make my payment to secure my spot. It has been a very disappointing experience for me.

Being part of the Insiders has enabled me to try and keep products that I would not have otherwise. The only downside is that since the products are not purchased locally, it is challenging to get any warranty work done or replacement if necessary.

I love The Insiders! I wish I would have signed up sooner. But I'm glad to be able to assist in making better products for myself and the rest of the world. It's fun, informative and the Insiders makes it very easy to do. I highly recommend them, as they're extremely professional and a delight to interact with.

I did not give a 5 star review because I am having a lot of trouble trying to submit my photos and testimonial for a couple of campaigns. The help people have been good at answering my questions and trying to help, it has been frustrating. That said the products we have received have been awesome! Some of the delivery people have not been so awesome. but overall not too bad.
