Brilliant experience
The product itself is a gift so I can't say anything about that but the service I was provided with was fantastic. The complimentary gift wrapping is beautiful and shipping was extremely swift. I ordered a mug and it was fantastically packaged- very secure with layers of bubblewrap. I was delighted by the inclusion of a little origami crane- incredibly beautiful and such a lovely gesture. Will definitely be buying from The Japanese Shop again.
