It's completely unrelated to us. We're talking to the server to sort it out, but it's not easy.
When we get through, and we hope it will be in the next few hours, we'll cancel and refund you.
Please note that all communication channels are in the back office, and that to cancel the order we also need to log in there, of course.
I'm sure you'll have the opportunity to get your money back and here's why the order still hasn't been dispatched after all these days.

Bad quality fake kits, probably manufactured in the worst conditions and probably dropshipped. Don't buy, stick to original vintage

Ordernr. TK1474A. Bad customer service
After a few weeks my shirt arrived but it didn’t fit. On the website it says I should contact thekitarea per mail and that they would respond within 14 days. so I did just that. After waiting 14 days I had not yet received a response, so I mailed a reminder to please process my refund request. It has now almost been a month since my first mail and 2 weeks since my second mail and I still have not heard anything from them.

Great company, the shirts they have available are superb. Their deliveries to Slovakia are great although my latest order was very late. But it worked out in the end and I really enjoy my new jersey.

They know their stuff. Great quality kits Minor issue with delivery because the product wasn't dispatched on time to the carrier. But I love the kits.
