I got my order after a month (after giving 1 star at first). It is not a problem for me. Products (2 jerseys) are really good and i’m satisfied. Changing 1 star to 5 stars. Communication could be better, but im fine.

I placed my order on may 21st. Requested the order, no answer. It’s ok if it takes time for package to arrive, but no any contacts from the seller makes me really suspicious.

I have waited for the package one month, I have not received any shipping number to follow the package, and they havent answered my emails, but it finally arrived and I am so happy!!

My order should have been delivered on May 19 and a month has passed and I have not received it. Every time when I go to check the status it says “Awaiting collection”. I have written them about 15 emails and I have tried to contact them via Instagram but I am not getting any response.

I don't know when my order will arrive if it ends up arriving. I hope I'm not forced to demand my money back.

And as can be seen - no reply ... again

I am going to be a regular cutomer of this shop. The items arrived in a fortnight and the quality is truly absurd. I've recommended it to those closest to me and I recommend here too.

Everything went as planned an without any major problems. The order was a little bit late, but I'm not going to kill the shop for that. I'll probably buy from them again.

In September 2023 i had ordered a couple of jerseys. The end of May 2024, i finally received my package. It took almost 9 months to get those!!!
I had a lot of trouble as i was trying to get in contact with the company so many times but that seemed almost impossible.
Both my emails and Instagram DM's were left unanswered.

Now that i have finally received my order, i have to say that the quality of the shirts are very, very good.
Despite the good quality, i had an overall bad experience since i had to wait 9 months to receive my jerseys. The customer service needs to be improved because i was left ignored for months and months, wondering if i would ever get my shirts or my money. I am happy i got my jerseys, but i would not use this company again.

Everything arrived on time and in excellent condition. I will definitely shop here again. The jerseys were well-packed and even came with additional football-related stickers—a great touch. Highly recommended.

This is a shame. Ordered over 7 months ago, first piece came 1 month delayed, the second piece didn’t arrive yet. Wrote 2 emails, none were responded to, contacted instagram 10 times, answered 2 times (yes, the new account) and said it was confirmed as delivered and said it’s still in stock and they’ll ship it out next week. This message came a month ago. Order is not trackable anymore. Don’t order there. I don’t understand these good reviews here.

I received three jerseys within the time frame they indicated and I was honestly very impressed with the quality of what I received. the customer service was very friendly and informative.

I bought a shirt and was delivered on time, intact and the quality was great.
It's truly a shame to see people giving them blame for false claims. They work hard and their service is great. People should think first before posting 1 star reviews.
The delivery takes time but their honest about it and take their care with every order.
So yes It's a safe company that actually care about their customers.

I was fortunate enough to meet the Boutique Soccer/Kit Area team in person at one of the markets where they were present.
Friendly, affable, hard-working to become an international benchmark. About the items: the price is extremely fair for what they offer, and they make every effort to ensure that the order goes smoothly.
They were kind enough to display a plaque commemorating more than 10,000 sales in 2023... for some reason it will be.
Sometimes it makes me sad to see people tying to denigrate the image of these guys.

Their delivery time is not the best right now, but the shirts, Omg. The quality is definitely worth waiting for it was kind of hard getting in contact with them by mail.

Amazing quality shirt an way better price than big retailers. Managed to get hold of an old Özil Germany shirt which is quite a rare find. Will definitely come back soon.
